This machine makes great tasting coffee. However, what are the things that I don’t like about it is that it uses the new cups. It is not able to use the old cups. This was by far i this machine makes great tasting coffee. However, the things that I don’t like about it is that it uses the new cups. It is not able to use the old cups. This was bought for an office. People still by the old cups because they are offered by different companies. However this machine forces you to buy the new cups. That’s why am taking away one star. The taste however is still amazing. Just expect to move you and your staff over to new cups if this is bought for an office

I bought this after a co-worker told me how amazing the coffee tastes. I have to say, it’s so easy to use and some of the very best coffee I’ve ever drank. I love my machine.

I did not have experience with other Nespresso Machine. But I have to say this particular one is excellent. Works very well. Its fast. Only thing I found is sometimes Coffee is not too hot and is a bit noisy for my comfort. But other than that is really good and the aeroccino froster works wonderful.

This machine makes an outstanding cup of coffee. The Crema alone makes the machine worth buying. There are several varieties of coffee you can purchase from Nespresso and are similar to cappuccino and latte’s. The only thing I feel would be a negative is the pods are pretty pricey.

I really like the simplicity of how this machine works. The pods are a little pricey, but so is any other K cup out there. My only regret is that I couldn’t see the top of the dome, and I wanted the one that gave you a choice of cup sizes

I did research on this machine for about two weeks before I bought it. I watched YouTube videos to see demos. I don't think I could have bought a better machine. The coffee is of a higher quality than what's in grocery stores. It's easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. It's also a very attractive appliance.

I love this machine. It has absolutely no features other than "go". The Nespresso coffee is excellent. Each cup is near perfectly prepared with offerings between single shot espresso and 14.4oz travel mugs. The frother accessory is "eh". Yeah, it's fun and does a decent job of heating and frothing, but it's nothing compared to what you would get from a true steam wand. Still nice though. I use it all the time pre-sweetened cream & vanilla. For any one that wants a good cup of black coffee with little fuss and no clean up, this is your product. Coffee averages $0.90-$1.25 per cup with some specialty products up to $2. Not as cheap as Keurig, but cheaper than your local barista and significantly better. I strongly recommend.
On a side note. I love hot coffee. Really hot. This coffee comes out too hot to drink without being burnt. Truly a pleasure for me.

Once I got the machine set up it made the best coffee ever. Problem was that the manual gave instructions as to how to begin by cleaning the machine, but it wouldn’t work. Had to call Nespresso. Spent inordinate amount of time before it worked. The instructions from the customer service person (who was terrific) were far more involved than the manual.
Would I buy the machine again? Absolutely. The coffee is worth the effort. But, it was a pain in the neck and had I not called Nespresso I would have returned the machine. The manual’s setup instructions are useless.

makes a great cup of strong coffee. Easy to set up. Large variety of coffee thru Nespresso. Few available from Starbucks. Wish they would allow more third parties.

Overall this is a great product. The coffee you can make and its taste is on a whole new level. This is comparing it to Keurig brand. There are 2 issues if you are going to move to Nespresso. One is the cost. You will be paying 2
to 3 times more per serving of coffee. Nespresso doesn't allow 3rd party pods except for Starbucks. So their pods cost 2-3 times more. Still cheaper than a daily Starbucks by far. Second is one major defect in the product that most users will not be able to get pass. On the first cup you try to make the water line is empty in the Nespresso. The device will not work until you fill that line up. The initial pump doesn't draw in the water. I had to get a straw and push water into the line to make it work. Since then it has worked great. I had to research the solution. I believe most users would just return the device.

This machine has added so much love to brewing my own coffee at home. I’m now making my own lattes and choosing which ingredients I add to control my sugar intake. I received as a gift and am so grateful for this nespresso machine!

Tired of going to SBUX and overpaying for espresso? This espresso maker is amazing. Yes it costs a lot up front and the pods are like $0.90 each but once you settle down and enjoy the cafe mocha or cafe late at home, you will be sitting pretty! Don't overthink it just go and get it. You will not have any regrets!

This is my…4th or 5th Nespresso machine purchase. I have one in my house, RV, work and I purchased this or my parents. Now they are in the club. This machine works like a charm. Coffee and espresso to perfection. It comes with frothed that allows you to make drinks of every kind. Remember your maintenance, hard water build up with destroy it. I always use filtered or bottle water only. Best Buy customer service is always excellent but you will find Nespresso is equally good so you have comfort the machine will keep going or someone will do something to help.

My wife and I used to get Starbucks everyday and since buying this haven’t even been interested in buying coffee out. The coffee pods are slightly expensive, but definitely cheaper than a coffee shop coffee and so good!
