Super easy to use. Makes great coffee and espresso. Slim and doesnt take up too much room

I have had a Keurig for 5+ years now and hated throwing away so much plastic k-cups. I started doing my research on Nespresso and their recycling practices and knew I had to have one. So happy I made the switch. The coffee is SO much better!! The machine is so easy to use and connects to your phone! Absolutely love it!

Hands down one of the best decisions I have made in some time. The coffee is really good and flavorful. Compared to buying at a store or Starbucks, the coffee is really cheap per cup. The only downside to it is having to exclusively buy the pods from Nspresso but I have no complaints otherwise.

LOVE my Nespresso!! Makes coffee hotter than my old Keurig. It’s a great size and doesn’t take up much room, super easy to use. I’ve tried many of the coffee pod flavors and they are all good just a little pricey for my liking.

This is my final coffee machine. I will not buy any more coffee machines. Promise! Really, no comparison. Until last week, I had 3 coffee machines on my kitchen counter (much to my spouse's dismay as they're not a coffee person). A Keurig, a Verismo, and a Senseo - all different types. This purchase was the 4th coffee machine. A day after the purchase, I packed up the Versimo and the Senseo, and donated to Goodwill. Now, only the Keurig and Nespresso Vertuo remain, and that too, until I run out of the 150+ Keurig pods are consumed. Then it goes to Goodwill. The choice of flavors is fantastic, and the coffee it makes with the creama is fantastic. I already had a milk brother so I opted for the coffee machine only, and it's worth it, especially at this price ($118).

While the machine itself is not silent, the end result product is well worth the noise. The ease of use was especially compelling for the 5-star review, as well as the overall aesthetic.

The original starter pack comes with a good array of coffee to sample. The vertuo pods are difficult to find in stores, if you can find them at all, and the website is not very user friendly. Pods are expensive, however you can taste the quality difference in the coffee and everything is fully recyclable which is nice.

It's definitely the cheapest espresso machine that you can find and makes a great cup... when it works. Had problems immediately with it not wanting to to work and when it would work it was constantly leaking. But like I said when it's working it's great...

Easy to operate .pop in the pod and your all set to a wonderful experience of authentic espresso or coffee. Rich and flavorful

Other than the cost of the pods (around a dollar each) the quality of the coffee and espresso this thing makes is far superior than that of the typical chain coffee shops. So at $1 a pod, I dont really have any issue spending that amount, but some might.

I really like the coffee maker, we have a keurig already but I wanted this as a second option. Please be aware that this coffee maker makes INTENSE coffee, plan on testing out the variety pack that it comes with because the pods are not cheap.

Excellent coffee/espresso machine I bought it mainly for the espresso so I could make iced lattes. Gave it to myself for Christmas used it everyday since. Enjoyed the 12 pack sampler that came with it but also bought espresso pods. Have to order the pods online $1.00 each for the double espresso pods so much cheaper to make iced lattes at home than $5.00 at a coffee shop.

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift during Black Friday. It makes an excellent cup of espresso! The pods are definitely a bit pricey, but still quite a bit cheaper than purchasing it from Starbucks or the like. Highly recommend this to anybody who is tired of spending five dollars every dayAt their local coffee shop.

As far as the machine goes it made the most wonderful coffee for 2 weeks that I've ever had in my life and then it started pushing out 16 oz of water every time turning my 8 oz cup of coffee into a pretty nasty weak cup of coffee however Best Buy thus far has been very good their customer service response team gave me a shipping label so I could return it I returned it and now I'm waiting on my replacement I will review again when I get the replacement let's hope the second machine doesn't do what the first one did.....
