Definitely is not for small spaces, the price was not bad, but to make it worthy I expected to have at least 3 different types of making coffe, not just the basic size cup.

Purchased item for daughter in-law, and she loves it so over all great

We went through three of these machines, one purchased and two warranty replaced by Nespresso before I gave up and replaced it with a Vertuo Plus. The machine is nice enough when it works, but it's obnoxiously loud compared to other Vertuo machines. These things are prone to multiple failures: leaking, barcode reader failure and motor failure. Nespresso discontinued selling the Next on their website earlier this year, and I don't blame them.

While the pods are a tad expensive, its way cheaper than Starbucks and tastes much better. Highly recommend for those who love espresso and strong coffee!

I love, love, love this machine. I never liked Keurig coffee but I love this one. It’s saving me so much money on Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

Amazing coffee! I hate I waited so long to purchase one of these. This coffee maker can do it all! It’s saved me from going to Starbucks for lattes and mochas, brews great standard coffee. A must buy for coffee enthusiasts.

Excellent Xmas gift for the coffee lover in the family

This is a great high end coffee maker/eco-system. Only downside is that the pods are expensive. Otherwise, the coffee tastes amazing and the maker actually creates great froth.

I've had Nespresso coffee machines. The quality of this machine is not good.

This is the second machine I have had in less then three weeks, the first one stopped working in one week, the second one lasted two weeks before it started to leak. Nespresso was great and they are replacing the machine with one of their upgraded machines but unless you live somewhere that you can exchange this machine out on a weekly basis then maybe pick another machine. And it is so sad because the Nespresso coffee is soooooo good.

When I purchased it, I loved it! Then it started having issues. Nespresso replaced it twice and both time the machines were awful. Finally Nespresso sent me their Vertuo Classic and no more problems. I love it.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. We LOVE this! The milk frother is excellent if you like to make the cool fancy drinks. Overall I would highly recommend this Nespresso Vertuo.

I've had to replace this model twice. The first one got a red ring error message, Nespresso customer service couldn't fix it and told me to return it. The second one worked for 2 weeks and then started leaking water everywhere and wouldn't brew. I'm going to be trying a different model, this specific one was more trouble than it's worth.

This by far was the best purchase I have made! It has replaced my daily Starbucks trip in the morning. I've had a Keurig for years prior to this and this machine is so much better.

Coffee is not very hot. Spoke to customer service to trouble shoot with no results and did not have the time to do a video chat. Honestly, for a brand new machine, should not have to.
