Loved it, but it quit working!

Used it only a few times a week, sometimes only every other week as I travel a lot for work. And it completely quit working for me. It’s so frustrating as it’s still pretty new. Don’t understand what happens I hope I can get some help in regards to this.

Get a keurig

I was under the impression that Starbucks sold the pods but I was wrong! These pods are very difficult to find unless you order them! This needs to be in the description. Also, it is now shooting water out the back after using it only 17 days! It was a Christmas gift to my husband and he has stopped using it! I should have gotten the keurig!

Horrible machine, all other models seem to be just fine. Not unit specific, seeing the same claims across platforms.
