Great machine, simple and easy process to purchase on Best Buy with an extended warranty. Pods are pricey but coffee is great

If you are an expresso person, this machines works perfectly. Yes, there are fancier ones but they are a lot more expensive

My new nexpreso WOW is amazing I really like it, so easy to use

I purchased this machine in Jan 2021 and it stopped working in May. When it did work it is rather loud, so if you are someone that gets up early while others are sleeping a different machine might be better if they are light sleepers. It does make a good cup of coffee. However I do have to point out that the support at Nespresso were very easy to deal with, and they shipped me out a new machine promptly after they ran a couple test. I assume this was a one off and this replacement will last for years to come. I would expect a $240 set can go toe to toe with a $40 standard coffee maker. If not I will be returning to an "old school" machine. I hope this isn't like everything else where quality goes down and price goes up!!!

Love this expresso machine! Very easy to use and great tasting pods that came with it. I use it in my waiting for clients who help themselves every day! Bought on-sale at a great price.

Good quality caffe machine. It heats up in 25-30 second and than ready to go. It brew’s really good tasty coffee. Only problem I see is the water tank too small, we have to keep filling it up so often and the coffee capsules are too expensive.

This was a excellent purchase, it delivers as promised and provides the same taste and texture of a expresso, and cappuccino i experienced as a member of the armed services stationed in Naples Italy for 7 years. BRAVO NESPRESSO....

Nespresso machine is amazing. The frother that came with it didn’t work which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. However, Best Buy chat person said to take it back and exchange.

Having purchased a Nespresso twice before, this was going to go in the home office. This is the newest version of the Nespresso, so it's really no different from the ones I purchased before except for one detail, and that's the fact that you need to lock the pod in. Wit the one I purchased before, it was automatic, no need to turn and lock the pod in. Well to those who haven't owned one before, The Nespresso coffee makers are unique in that the pod spins. The spinning creates a crema. The milk frother is also super easy to use. You simply pour milk in, and press the button. The milk starts spinning. It auto shuts off. You can choose to have the milk hot or cold. All in all, I would recommend the Nespresso to everybody.
