It is generally a good product. It works as expected. The downside is a bit noisy when making coffee.

Was doing great until water started leaking from the top a few days ago and now it won’t make coffee anymore. Will call the help desk to see if they can still do something about it.

It is a very good set complete with frother. However, I sent it back because I found the coffee taste strange.

I was skeptical. I like coffee and have generally not liked the single serve machines. They actually brew the coffee too quickly and don't really extract the full flavor out of the coffee and taste watery to me. I have had the traditional Nespresso pods in the past and found that they make great espresso drinks that I love. However, I'm more of a traditional drip coffee lover. I am not sure how they do it, but this machine makes great espresso drinks, great iced drinks, and yes, even great drip coffee. I will say that the method puts a bit of a froth on top for even drip coffee that I love but might not be for everyone. Pods are expensive, but they have great quality coffee that makes it worth while compared to the super expensive price you will pay at a coffee shop.

Too bad they don't make this anymore. It has worked great for a few years. Never disappointed me. Brother is nice as well.

I switched from Keurig to Nespresso and now I am basically a home barista. My coffees are so much better. My machine broke in 2 weeks, but Nespresso was very helpful and sent me a replacement. I wish I would have bought another machine as this one seems to have a lot of issues.

Maker worked great for about a year. My wife loved the coffee quality and taste. Truly a remarkable at home coffee maker. But after that first year, it went downhill. Failed brewing attempts, coffee grinds in the brew, water not pumping out, etc. All the same problems others have mentioned. We even contacted their support and they provided some temporary “fixes” that would work for a day or two, but eventually the problems would return. I cannot recommend this maker.

After using this a few times, the machine began to leak excessively while brewing. I ended up having to exchange it (I believe it was damaged in shipment), and after receiving my replacement it's been the best part of my day. This coffee is noticeably better than anything I've made at home before. I bought double espresso pods on Nespresso's website and make my own "Starbucks" at home now. Such a plus to have the milk frother, makes the experience so much better. I can't believe I went so long without this machine! Definitely worth the price.

Was hesitating in buying for a while and was so glad I did. It was the best coffee machine I ever owned. Quality is high and easy to use and clean afterwards

I dig it. I don't like being stuck with Nespresso specific pods so i was able to find a reusable lid. It will take some time to get the refilling process down but it is great for my office. It is defteasier to use than my home espresso machine.

Best coffee machine purchase. If you’re looking for a convenient instant coffee machine (not the espresso machines that need a lot of time to make coffee: grind beans, tamp, brew, froth, etc), then this is for you. You can froth your milk while making your coffee at the same time. Got it at a spectacular price of $139 which can’t be beat! Very easy to use and easy to clean up. Plus they give a free 12 vertuo capsule sampler to help you decide which capsule variant you prefer.

Delicious and it came with a bunch of samples for my family and I to try so honestly get it from Best Buy because Amazon didn’t have the samples.

This espresso maker is quick and easy to use. Every cup tastes great. It's nice having the frother as well.

Makes good coffee and espresso. The only issue is that I am having issues finding the pods. From what I see they can only be ordered from Nespresso and Amazon.
