I like this very much. I think it’s elegant. It depenses as a froth. Comes with some coupons to buy more pods, but I reuse mine.

I'm really regretting that I didn't buy a K-cup machine instead. Solid build, but no controls and the vertuo system is more wasteful, more expensive, and a single source monoply on pods (only Nespresso and their corporate prisoner Starbucks are legally allowed to make & sell vertuo pods) Pumps air into brew to unflate the natural crema into a thin foamy cup-filler, notably less flavorful than original pods. Unreliable bug-filled phone app is almost entirely spyware and advertising. Setup process plagued with dead links to instructional videos, dead links to 'help' and circular refernce requiring blutooth to set up wifi to access bluetooth setup help and explain machine'sbluetooth error codes. Once you use desktop google searches to debug the helpless new machine and work around its setup design failures, you'll find it bluetooth fails to link (required for setup) unless your Android phone is actually touching the side of the machine (!!). Once setup is complete (markedly long waits for their servers to respond even before it asks you to wait a few minutes) it then ignores bluetooth entirely from then on, and uses your wifi for all susequent work. App is utterly useless it offers no control and no way to adjust any settings of the machine, which also has no adjustments anywhere. Sole capability of the phone app is to pester you with sales messages and keep you enrolled in clockwork subscription pestering. When first installed on my phone it offered a 'new' option I tried : I could increase or decrease water amout by one fixed value. It worked: I ncreased the water amount, but found it weakened the coffee flavor, but far worse it also cooled down the coffee it makes shifting down to tepid (and if you add milk, barely warm). I returned to the Nespresso phone app to undo this, only to find the adjustment feature had vanished. Seems I can't go back to normal volume and temperature, unless perhaps I do the full factory reset and again endure the lengthy bug-filled setup and account making process. No other user adjustable settings, but now it routinely reports my coffee usage back to Nestle, and now it pesters me with daily sales emails and hectoring to set up a further subscription to buy the pods.

Great coffee but machine is loud. Nespresso pods are harder to find so just keep that in mind before buying

This had a great price for a Nespresso machine, and it works great! There is a slight learning curve with the sizes of the various capsules. Do some research on how to use your favorite coffees with this unit, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

You got tests coming up no problem. You gotta work a double shift tomorrow no problem. You’ve been up all night keeping the baby entertained and quiet so the wife can sleep no problem. Say hello to what is gonna get you through that moment of weakness.

we took the leap of faith from normal pod coffee machine to this and wow never going back , with this machine the notes of the coffee are so fresh and flavorful and the machine stays clean alot easier

I'm not a coffee person but my wife is. She loves how her expressios taste and the size don't take up much room. Was worth the money and saves her money. a win win

The answer I needed. This machine is amazing. I can't function without my coffee and this tastes as good as getting one at Starbucks. Definitely worth it.

Very easy to use. Very efficient and makes coffee and or espresso at just the right temperature. Does not drip after use and disposal of used coffee is easy.
