    The beverages are good! The use was challenging! The latch mechanism is cumbersome for a user with Parkinson’s. A good product that we will got to return. Staff was awesome and took care of it quickly

    Coffe doesnt come out as hot as in a local coffee shop obviously but the build and quality are great overall.

    I only gave 4 stars because the water isn’t hot enough when you make a cup. Unless you pour hot water in the reservoir, then expect a cold cup of espresso. It’s also hard to open the lid to load the capsule. My parents live with us and they cannot operate the machine without assistance.

    Honestly I was so happy when I buy it but I just used a couple times , one day in the morning I try to do my coffee and it wasn’t working I don’t buy the warranty so I call Nespresso They call me an video but they don’t help me to get a new one this Nespresso it’s not good like others
