This speaker is good overall however if you want something a little better on bass I go for the bigger $100 Google speaker but. With this you definitely will fulfill most of yours needs voice commands, music, control of your smart home, etc. Far as sound and loudness goes it's more of a small room speakers depending on how big the rooms are in your house you can definitely hear it in a few surrounding rooms but it wouldn't be good for a party or kick back or whatever.

Very inexpensive now, and has good functions available, but I haven't yet hooked it up because I bought and hooked up a Google Nest Hub - which has a screen to let me see and hear things, whereas the Nest Mini is only an audio device. I may hook it up later. What I especially like about these devices is that I can use my Google Voice phone, hands-free, to make telephone calls! Great feature.

I have ALWAYS loved my Google Mini and have given about a dozen as gifts in the last few years. My favorite Mini is in our guest bedroom for our guests to use as an alarm, and have music or white noise while sleeping away from home.

works good with wifi and Google home app. Very compatible with my other home smart device like thermostat ,YouTube and Google home

Easy voice command from any audible distance. Eloquent volume level. Google home app makes it easy to operate from any part of the world. Great to be used as intercome for multi-level homes. You can even use it to communicate with your family remotely.

Same product with a new updated firmware & performance + better speakers and i also love the lil hook on the back, I tossed a thumbtack in the wall and it’s placed beautiful in my bathroom.

The sound quality is amazing and it can hear even a very low voice. The only drawback I see is the charger design which bulky and difficult to fit in an extension board.
