Setting these devices up is easy, and creating a whole home sound system and allowing broadcasting to the individual rooms is an awesome feature without needing an intercom system, and best of all it's hands-free. Using them for kitchen timers is an awesome feature when whipping up a meal.

Always a great experience. I have one in every room. Every member of the family can set up their own Google assistant for custom experience. Good buy.

Great little smart speaker. We have several Nest minis/Home minis throughout the house that we us to control the lights, the thermostat, the garage door, etc.; play music; set timers and alarms; play games; and answer a boat load of questions.

We bought 3 of the gray minis to blend in better. We use them to turn on heat and cooling, turn on music using Pandora and for a few lights. Very nice and work well. I would like to see the plug in cord dark gray I stead off bright white because it stands out to much.

I enjoy all of my Google home products but I like having the small nest mini to sit in smaller rooms or I put this one in my bathroom so I can listen to music it does not take up much space but it provides all the functions that I needed to

The Nest has been so helpful for my elderly mother. She can turn on/off her light by voice command, look things up on the internet, listen to music, set alarms and reminders so easily. This is amazing for someone with poor vision and dexterity.

Bought this to replace my Google home mini in my bathroom and have not regretted my decision to upgrade! Definite improvement in bass and overall audio quality!

I have given several as gifts to family and friends. Older family I usually set it up and show them how to use them. I've had a few ask me to come set up ones they bought because they loved the first one. It helps remind them of appointments in the future even scheduled months ahead. Win win

I am loving my Nest Mini. I now own Three and have them in different rooms. I use mine for music. I ask Google to play ... by the year or by the artist... it makes it so easy to listen to what I want to hear. I plan on taking one of them outside with me this summer.

My husband is in a wheelchair. I bought this so if something happened he could call for help. He says it works as good as any high price speaker would and likes the speaker reach in volume for music as well and the sound is great. I like all of these for safety rather than trying to find that darn button on a neckless or wristband to push a button for help. With the Google Nest Mesh system all you have to do is say "hey google call 911" or call out for someone at home in another area, or all areas (broadcast), to come and assist him, or me, or anyone who may need help. We are happy and will buy again. The Google Nest Mesh system not only make life easier for a senior citizen with the assistant to purchase items, pay bills, or talk with others, etc etc, but most of all it makes us feel safer with immediate response to our voice calling for help and getting that help to us.

This new Gen 2 is a great improvement over the previous generation! The speaker is MUCH better, and the microphone pick-up is better as well due to the addition of a 3rd mic (versus 2 on the first gen version). I have 6 of these around the house and they all work as expected. Highly recommended!

I am glad I choose the nest mini because it an an extra built in speaker so can pick up voice recognition from multiple rooms. Google also has the best search engine and even is preferable to Siri, echo, and others. The app could use some updates for more user friendly, but overall great product!

Love the Google Nest mini. I purchased this as a second one in my home to add it to my kitchen so I could ask Google for recipe ideas and play music while I'm doing chores in the kitchen!

My first foray into the Google ecosystem beyond my Android phones. Great sound, equal to or better than my Alexa devices. I love how my Google account options were transferred over very easily.

Thought it was a silly purchase but turned out to be great. Easy set up and helpful when you need answers! Use more than I thought I would.
