Example, the wife likes to sleep with music playing, so she's got this playlist she built on Youtube, we try to get the Google Nest to play it and it's like pulling teeth. Imagine you say "OK Google, play George Straight, all my Ex's live in Texas" and the Nest replies "OK Playing "Die M-Fer Die, by Willie D of the Geto Boyz"... or vice versa. That's the kind of matching we get, Ask for it to play something and you have to be like "Play X song, By X artist, from X album, released X day, on Youtube/or whatever music service" any less specific and the Nest just seems to be like "Hey man that's great and All, but I'm going to play what I want to listen to, buckle up!.

It's really nice for streaming music throughout the house or controlling "smart" devices. We just love knowing skynet is listening to our day to day. I always say please and thank you to the machine overlords on the other end of the wiretap. (Seriously though, music seamlessly playing in every room is fantastic).

The sound is of higher quality than our original big google home! We put a couple around the house to work with our hue lights.

Google Nest or Home speakers and displays can only remember one Wi-Fi network at a time. To connect to a different Wi-Fi network, you might need to factory reset your Nest Mini, then set it up again. Visit the following links for more information:

Also, there’s a short list of network types that we don’t recommend using with Google Nest devices. Avoid connecting to the following networks if you can. These networks may cause issues, or might not even work with your Nest products at all:

- Captive portal networks
- Enterprise 802.1x/RADIUS networks
