The lock is a nice lock. Installation was simple and easy. The setup is easy as well. My issues with the lock are not the lock. There are some features that I feel should be integrated, You can not unlock the door by voice command. I can understand that, for security reasons. However, you also can not unlock the door with the Google Hub. If you have a Nest Hello door bell, you can not unlock the door from the video screen of the nest. These are 2 features that I expected to be there since the lock is advertised with Goggle Nest integration. If Google can really achieve the full integration with all the systems, then I would give it 5 stars.

I love this smart keyless entry deadbolt lock. It was really easy to setup and it looks great on the door. The lock works great and haven't had any issues since we installed it.

It works well I love it because I don’t have to give people a key to my house. Sometimes the nest app says it not online and my wifi connection is good.

This is my second one...bought it to replace my August lock b/c of battery life issues with the August lock. I could not believe the drastic difference in battery life with the yale lock. Absolutely love! Only thing i don't like about Yale that I miss with my August lock is that i can use Siri with August lock and not Yale. I believe I have to buy an extra hub for Nest devices to work with Siri; IDK...I have to do my research on this. None-the-less, I love my two Yale smart locks.

I go for a lot of runs and dog walks where I don't want to fiddle with keys. This makes it easy to be able to punch in and out of my house with a code or unlock the door from my phone. It's also got a nice logging feature where everyone accessing the door can have their own unique code and the app will show you who unlocked the door at what times. The install was more finicky than I would've liked, and I needed to adjust the door ever-so-slightly in order for the lock to set correctly without a little tug on the handle but it works well now.

This is amazing. Easy to install. Always works correctly. Looks great. Highly recommend if you hate fumbling with keys.

so I probably went and looked at the nest yale lock 10 times before I bought it, out of all the front door locks it was the most expensive one. but,now that I have it im glad that's the one I had picked, it was super easy to install and I have not had one problem. the instructions were super easy to follow, it only took 15 minutes max and I was done . a lot of my friends ask were the key goes.. when you leave to go somewhere its super simple to lock .just press the yale button and it locks by itself. like I said a little pricey but well worth it. thanks best buy

The Yale smart lock is easy to install. I am not that handy however I was able to install it in about 30 minuets. Screen is black until you are ready to inter the code and then the numbers light up. That makes it easy to see at night. Excellent product. The only thing I would change would be to have an actual key option in case the batteries go out. If this is the only way into your house you might want to rethink this lock or make sure you change the batteries as soon as you detect that they are going to expire.

I love this product so much that I ended up changing all three house entry doors (front, garage, and back door). We no longer need to worry about locking ourselves out of the house. It took a little longer to install my first Google doorlock but the 2nd and 3rd became a breeze in less than 20 minutes. I’m very happy that I made this change. Make sure that the color you select matches your indoor door knobs.

Never dig in your purse or pocket again looking for a house key. Love being able to make sure door is locked (or lock it!) When I leave the house.

BEST lock ever. We replaced it with another keyless entry, which was useless. This one has every feature, and is so quiet and easy to use.

Love the design and security options when paired with phone.

Overall this smart lock works as advertised. The only setback is the auto lock, the lock will lock while the door is open, it does not use the nest secure door sensor. Other than that, I highly recommend this lock! It works flawlessly via the app and works great by triggering my wemo and ihome devices when I leave or come home. Really great for automation; however, you have to make sure the automation devices you use are a "works with nest" device.

Have other nest products so was happy that they are all compatible in securing our home. Pretty easy install too
