We bought it a few weeks ago and installed it by myself. It is easy to be installed, and functions well. It connected to our family wifi, and worked remotely in the iphone app without any problem. One short fall is the instruction was not very detailed, especially in the explanation to connect to the wifi. I give it a four star rating.

I love everything about this lock. It's awesome to not have the need to carry a key. Having the option to lock and unlock your door from your phone is amazing! I recommend this lock 100%. My only regret is not having bought this lock sooner.

I bought this for my 72 year old parents house. It comes with everything you need to replace your current deadbolt. You will need a few simple tools to install it. After watching the installation video on the app and reading the manual we were able to install this in about 30 minutes or so. It has been working great and is so quiet. My parents love it. They are able to lock and unlock from all of their phones and tablets. It works great with their Orbi mesh network.

Very convenient being able to see who is coming and going throughout the day in the app. Being able to add additional access codes for friends and family from the app is also another big win. Integration into the nest app is excellent. Getting your touch to register as you try to get into your home can be a bit annoying, especially if you're in a rush to get inside but certainly tolerable for all of the other features you get with this lock.

I would definitely recommend this product to everyone, i works very good, and it sends you alerts messages to your phone...great product.

I bought this lock for two reasons: 1 - I needed to provide access when not at home 2 - I needed door hardware with Rubbed Bronze finish Pros: This lock works as advertised and can be opened by entering a code or remotely activated using an App. It looks great and works every time (if the door is properly closed). Cons: If the bolt encounters resistance when activated, it will throw an error and report it was no properly locked or unlocked. It does not have a strong motor. However, when the door is properly closed, it works great. This is the only reason it did not get 5 stars from me.

I used my first electronic lock at work and thought if it's good enough for my employer and their valuables it would be good enough for me. I was already a Nest user so when this came out it fits right into the nest ecosystem of products I already have. It's handy to give special codes to others and have them work only during certain days of the week or during certain times. Very customizable. The ability to leave home and walk the dogs without keys is kind of neat, but I generally still take them with me "just in case"

Very durable and nice locking mechanism and keypad. The installation was pretty easy. The only problem is that you can't have your door fit too tightly, otherwise the deadbolt won't fully seat when activated. Unlocking is no problem. But, if you have to press your door against the weather seal to let the deadbolt fall into place, then you'll need to back out the deadbolt strike plate. Th trick is to make the handle strike plate snug, but the deadbolt plate perfectly aligned so it will auto-lock without rubbing.

Best ever... No keys needed. Hand full with stuff, open for with ease. At the push off a few buttons.

I have installed many door locks. So this was a piece of cake. But I think anyone who is handy can follow the easy instructions. Hoping up to the WIFI will probably be more challenging for most. Having said that, I had no issues hooking up to my WIFI and my Google Assistant. Having the ability to unlock the door and check it's status remotely is a game changer. I live that it integrates with my Best app and Google Home. If you like a smart home, this is a great addition.

I bought this to upgrade from a similar lock that was not wifi capable. I found myself running out the door and, even though I did lock it, I’d leave the driveway and start to have that ‘did I leave the coffee pot on?’ feeling. With this lock, I can double check that it is locked from my phone if I need to. It’s a great peace of mind for me. Plus, when walking the dogs, it’s nice to leave the house without have to take a carry keys with me.

Love that you can unlock and lock directly from the app and set up individual passcodes for guests. Easy to install.

Very convenient to have. I get to store mutiple passcodes and invite family members to use temporary codes I send them. Installation was not too bad, I kept my original door plate because the one that comes with this product was too thick for my door jam.

Was looking for a lock that I could remotely operate as well as some cameras, so went with the NEST products. The lock works well - it was a bit of challenge to install as the tolerances of the deadbolt with the provided doorframe component didn't line up, and I had to use the existing doorframe piece as well as drill the opening out more - if the deadbolt doesn't have a completely friction free operation it won't work. But once I got the install worked out, it's doing what I need it to do - passcode operation for my kid getting home from school, and I can verify that the door is locked.

I love this lock on my door! It was really inconvenient when I had forgotten my keys and had to search for my spare. Now that I have this, it eliminates the need for a physical key. I will be getting one for each of my doors.
