This thing is beautiful and works flawlessly. It is the best looking of all the smart locks out there and we love the simple style of this. Installation was simple once we got all the plates lined up. We love being able to use our voice to lock the door as well as the ability to give temporary guest codes.

Awesome, looks great and works perfectly. Easy to install

I love my nest products and have installed them myself. This installation was a bit more challenging because our door isn't perfectly aligned. I'd suggest professional installation. I had to buy a drill to enlarge the hole in my door and the cost of the bit was high enough that I regretted not having the pros do this one! It works wells. Most people seem to think it is a door bell (even tho' we also have the Nest Hello doorbell!).

Best thing you can get for your door easy to use and much secure than a regular door lock.

Great entry door lock! I liked mine so much I got this one for my brother as a housewarming gift. He loves it too! I really like the fact that I can have all my nest products and work them too in one app. I can also work them with google. Very easy to use and I know who’s coming in and out my house with the individual passcodes. A good buy if you’re into making a smart home.

This was the last piece to complete my Nest smart home and man it was a pain. I wish the Nest app and Google home just merge already. I had to reset my wifi passwords and install each device all over one at a time. I have 4 cameras a doorbell and this. Google, it has to be a better way. You also may need a burr motor on your door for ultimate lock smoothness.

Nicely designed. Easy to install and program. Great not to have to fumble for keys.

I installed this deadbolt about a month ago after a lot of lost keys, lockouts etc. These problems are now a thing of the past. Kids don’t have to worry about remembering keys, and we don’t have to worry about them losing keys. I use the app and the keypad and they both work flawlessly. Locking the door is as simple as touching the Yale logo on the keypad. It’s easy to use and easy to install. I highly recommend this lock.

Easy to use and a very smooth and easy installation.

Love this lock. It’s my first “smart lock” and it’s great. I love the “autolock after x minutes” setting, especially with a teenager who always forgets to lock the door. The Google assistant integration is awesome, and I love being able to assign (and restrict by time) individual lock codes — it’s great for my kid’s friends to use and I get a notification letting me know his friends came in. Just bought a second one.

Matches the aesthetic I was going for. I did need to drill a bigger hole in the door but that wasn’t the devices fault. Set up was easy and quick once I had the proper hole size.

I've had this lock for 2 years now and we use it every day. At first I was a bit unsure of how the lock would hold up in winter but was pleasantly surprised that I had no issues. Works great can unlock and lock remotely which is nice. The batteries have lasted a year. (Each year) and it tells you when the battery is low.

I installed this smart lock a few weeks ago and it works extremely well. If you're replacing an existing deadbolt like I was, it takes minutes to install. Setup was easy and I love how simple it is to use and control. Being able to remotely monitor the lock status and remotely lock and unlock doors from the Nest app on my phone is really convenient. Also, I love NOT having to carry a key to get into my house!

Ok, looks wise it is good but not great. We choose this because we wanted to stay in the NEST family (thermostat, Camera, Hello) and thus purchased it for the four from garage into house. It has worked without flaw for the two months that we have owned it. Easy to install, and does what it says. Only minor issue to note is the quality is good but not great, some aspects could use design refinement and maybe a touch less plastic like.

This lock integrates beautifully with the nest app. It is well built, easy to install and works expertly. Install was a snap too. I have a large wood and glass 9 ft door that was thicker than most. I called nest customer service to assist with my DIY install, they quickly transferred me to Yale locks and sent me some additional screws and plate hardware to fit my door and jam. Excellent product and service!

Bought this as we bought into the Nest eco system and liked how easy this was to use. One of my favorite features is the ability to give different users unlock codes and can set expirations and times it can be used. Great for letting in Rover dog walkers or anyone house sitting without a key. Also convenient to look at the Nest app and see if you locked the door or remotely lock.
