Amazing way to have all family members house access. Installation was also seemless.

With these locks and a ring video on my door there’s no more need to pay for an alarm service. I am instantly alerted when my door is opened and if I issued them a code it will tell me who opened it as well. I can call 911 on any intruder from anywhere in the world.

Great lock smart lock with an easy install! I just wish that Google would bring all the features for it into the Google home app so I wouldn't have to also download the Nest app.

Love that we can lock and unlock from our nest app where our home cameras are. You can also assign special codes to family or friends and all can be done remotely.

The ease, the simplicity...love it. The Nest App needs a little help.

Almost easy to assemble. The bolt is sensitive to over tightening. Keep the screws that join the front faceplate and the back semi tight.

Easy to use and our son can use without having to keep up with a key.

This smart lock may not be as full featured as some of it's competitors, but if you're "all in" with Nest, as I am, then it's a no brainer. Hopefully it will gain voice assistant integration so that we can lock our doors and check lock status with voice. Works beautifully with the Nest ecosystem. Hardware setup can be a little challenging, but I'm not handy in the least and got it done. You may need a power drill though.

Just what I needed. Too bad Google discontinued the nest security system or I would have picked that up too but this product works great as a smart lock device for my home.

I love the fact that u can bring up your app on phone and with a push of a button unlock or lock this smart cool device. It’s a little over prized but, defenitrly very happy and satisfied with my purchase, I would recommend for people dealing with bad neighborhoods where homes keep getting broken into

Great job by the Geek Squad to install this new lock. A little tricky to align the deadbolt Like the convenience of not have to carry keys when I go out for a walk. Great pairing with the Ring Doirbell

Would not recommend after troubleshooting myself for 3 hours then troubleshooting online with Nest for 3 hours, I purchased another brand new one and had Geek Squad come out again and install it. Still didn’t work. The tech mentioned Google bought out Nest and some of Google’s software isn’t working with the Nest products. They also recently introduced a Nest Connect so you can connect the lock to WiFi. According to the tech, it’s been causing people a lot of problems. It would say the Nest connect was connected but it really wasn’t. The lock itself worked fine, but for a rental where I need to constantly change the code. I need the WiFi connection and can’t be there every time for a code change. I went with the Eufy WiFi lock instead.

Wonderfully simple to install. Much quicker than keys.

Unreal. Purchased at Best Buy. They had contractor install. I cannot add in kids, family, friends, handymen, etc a code without giving the full access to my nest thermostat too. I was on call with Nest for hours. No help. I don’t want others to have access to my other accounts. It DOES NOT let me add just spot access and needs everyone’s email addresses. This is April 2023. Unreal!! Now I have to buy something else and change out lock before my return date. Pain in the head.
