This is sold with Nest and Yale branding, but it doesn't really work with Nest. I mean, it presumably routes through nest for on/off and setting the combination, but the Nest key fobs that arm and disarm the base station DO NOTHING with this lock. So if you assumed you would have keyless entry with this system, you don't. It IS cool that your phone is the key though. Downside is when that fails, maybe because your phone is trying to switch from cellular to wifi right when you try to unlock the door. Force-quit the app. Try again. It'll work unless you wifi is out. But in that time you could've just fished out a key and turned it. Best method I found is lock/unlock it while still in your car (in the winter). That's wonderful.

Excellent product very easy to install only thing to say is beware when you're doing the connect make sure you're on 2.4 on your Wi-Fi

I’ve had this like for five months and it has worked very well. I love the convenience of not having to use a key and being able to let people in via that app.

Price might be on the high side but functionality is way worth it. Unlock by phone or touch pad. Receiving notifications every time the door lock is opened or close is nice. Especially when you have young ones who like to unlock doors. I use it injunction with google assistant. Now if I do forget to lock them before going to bed I can just use a voice command to lock them. FYI, locks will not unlock with voice command. It's actually a safety feature so they don't get unlocked by mistake from a miss interpreted google assistant command.

Can lock and unlock with my phone. Also can set it to auto lock so it locks a few minutes after unlocking. Super convenient.

Love my new Yale lock no keys involved I also like the fact that I can give people different codes and know who is coming in my house.

Great product, use it for one of my investment properties and very easy to give guests access. Specially if managing short term rentals.

If you have any other nest product, then this is a no brainer to get when choosing a keypad for your door. It is very easy to install, and even easier to use with the Nest app.

Purchased so we could have cleaners clean our house when we were at work. Combined with Nest doorbell so we could see when people arrive. Combination works great.

LOVE IT!!!! to have the ability to have multiple users and unlock any time is awesome. The best feature might be the auto lock!!!

Works great, installation is definitely more than a 7 minute youtube video. Getting it aligned was a pain. I do really like the convience especially if youre already a nest user but the price is high.

This lock makes me feel much safer the way it locks automatically. I never have to remember if I locked the door again. It looks very nice on my door as well.
