Being my first smart lock, I’m in love with the thing and I’ll never go back to not having one. Everything seems great about it except that the inside speaker doesn’t seem to produce any noise. Unfortunately I was outside my return/exchange window so I’ll need to use the warranty already.

Nice lock. Simple to install and simple to use. I purchased this lock since I already had other Nest product so this was a natural fit into my existing smart home. Only drawback is google doest let you unlock the door with voice camands.

I love this smart lock. I have my own passcode plus I gave two other people pass codes and when they come in my house if I’m not home nest will let me know that they have entered my home. easy to use. However, on the outside you need to have a handle to pull the door shut. The people putting mine in and bought me one to match my nest Smart lock. Extra nice people that that put it in. They went beyond to help me, and explain how I was supposed to use it and how to change the battery.

So far so good. Never had problems so far! Easy to install and gives me peace of mind knowing that it gives me extra layer of protection

Works well, replaced both my locks in the house and so far so good. Love the ease of use and no need the keys. Installation is easy, anyone can do it

My husband installed the lock to a house we just bought but will not move in till next summer since we are remodeling our house. We don’t have to carry house key and just enter The lock combination number to open. We have various contractors coming in and out, so it’s so convenient since we don’t have to be there every time someone needs to go inside the house. Love it!

I have been looking at smart deadbolts for long time. With our lives becoming busier by the day and rise in crime in our world, giving out spare keys or leaving a key hidden outside has become obsolete. We finally decided recently that we needed to make our home more secure while keeping the ability to grant access to those who need it. We decided that the family of nest products made more sense to us to add a level of safety and security to our lives. I picked our new deadbolt a couple days ago. I had done a bunch of research about its functionality and install prior to purchasing so as far as the installation, in my opinion, was easy and changing out one deadbolt for another. The included nest connect and nest app made it so easy to setup and get everyone their own entry code. I really like being able to look on my phone and see who has come into our home and when they came. I gave it 4/5 stars because I believe it is only 90% perfect. One thing that bothers me a little is that having the deadbolt set to auto-lock(awesome feature) will allow it lock while the door is open, and it will show as such on my phone. This really bothers me to think that when I look at my phone and it says that my entry door is locked, is my door locked open or locked closed?!?! It notifies me if the lock was not able to engage because the door is not closed completely and the deadbolt got stopped before it was completely engaged. If they could incorporate some sort of sensor that would prevent the lock from locking until it is aligned with the strike plate, I believe this would be the perfect deadbolt for everyone. I look forward to seeing what Nest comes up with in the future.

I love this product. Helps me keep track of the employees entering and exiting for the day. The nest app works very well with the hardware (unlike the nest thermostats). Very easy to change passwords and set new ones for guests. The privacy mode is also a nice feature. Customizable daily schedules let you have the ability to decide which passwords work at any given time.

The reason this lock is sooooo great is because I have 4 grands staying with me right now but did not want all those keys floating around. The comfort of knowing I won’t have to get up go downstairs to let them or other family members in is perfect I can control the lock from my smart phone as well as give them a code in the event that I am not available.

The lock itself is decent quality and does the job. Out of the box installation was about 20 minutes and the instructions walk you through. The reason I give it 3 stars versus 5 is because of the issues I’ve had with the nest adapter dropping connection with the lock within 48 hours of the installation. I originally had the nest adapter about 4 feet from the lock and after removing the lock completely and resetting it, I started fresh again with a new install with the adapter relocated about 20 feet away in front of the door. I had issues with the app not recognizing the lock and then with the lock not communicating with the adapter. After about an hour of trying, I finally got it set up again. Aside from that, it works a smart lock should and seems to be working better now. I also think the lock is a little pricey.

Finally for my hands on these and have completed the basic needs for a smart home! Always have loved yale and nest so the fact they built this lock together is amazing! Sleek, functional, and easy to use. Wish some of the advertised features were working right now like unlocking when Nest Hello sees a familiar face or when you unlock the door it will disarm the Nest Secure but it will work eventually.

I like the ease of installation. The Smart Lock works with Nest home. Able to secure exterior doors an eliminates need to carry a key.

After doing months of reviews because that's what I do with bigger purchases I decided to go with this smart doorbell. Installation is a breeze although I had some trouble getting the nest connect to pair with the doorbell but only took an extra half hour. This thing works perfectly and work ever time. I love the ease of use and the fact that you can add temporary codes for certain people I think is awesome feature. The best thing is I have a nest doorbell and they use the same app so they integrate perfectly. Notifications come through fast and you can operate the doorbell through the app app as well. I've only has it installed for about a month but I absolutely love it!

I finally replaced my 10 year old Kwikset push button locks and after looking at tons of reviews, I decided on these. They are awesome! Easy to install and link up, which was something I was dreading, but it was simple. They open and close flawlessly and have tons of cool security options that I’m looking forward to using.

Installed by Geek Squad to replace a Kevo "smart lock" which was problems since purchase of home. Has been easy to use and locks each time and remains locked until we initiate manually inside or by keypad. Works with Alexa. Can access remotely to check lock status. Have been satisfied with quality and smart lock features.

Installation was very simple and quick. The visitor feature was a convenient. The app is straight forward with no issues unlocking and locking my door. Considering getting a second one for my garage. I waited awhile for this to come back in stock and it was worth the wait.

After doing some research I decided to go with this lock. So glad I did. No more keys and it looks great.

Works great! The installation was really easy with the instructions provided if you are replacing a standard lock. The hassle of losing keys is no more!

Easier than expected to install, connect (to existing Next system) and use. Great features to monitor and control from the app and Google home (can't unlock though, which I suppose is for safety reasons), and great to assign kids with their own code so you can monitor when they come in and out. A bit expensive, but worth it.
