the last best buy purchase ever

Purchased a Netflix Card going on 5 hours ago and still no email (not in my spam) and not in my BB account. My credit card was charged. Contacted the live chat but that was useless as the person who was assisting just ended the chat right at 6. Guess it was quitting time but dang. This will be my last BB purchase and they are dumb because they are going to lose out of some big opportunities to sell us appliances coming up. If you want to download gift cards try Target.

Everyone keeps hanging up on me. Worst customer service. Why didn’t you warn us on the page that it’s take this long to get it
