Bought before they put the movies cuties on there lineup. I canceled my sub and won't use them until the movie is pulled.

Loved netflix until they refused to remove cuties. I do miss it but until they do what's right they won't get my money

When I tried to scratch off to reveal the pin code, the entire thing came off revealing NOTHING. I'd scratched too hard and nothing I tried would separate the silver stuff from the paper backing without completely destroying it. I took it back to Best Buy and thankfully they exchanged it but what a pain in the rear. No more paper gift cards for me. What a horrible design. Here's a tip though - DON'T scratch from the edge. I made the Best Buy employee scratch it off for me and he started from the middle which seemed to work fine. Nonetheless, I don't care what offers there are in these things, I'm never buying again.

Best Buy doesn’t stand behind card in case of a failure . Best Buy directs you to Netflix totally washing their hands of the hassle of correcting situation. I would expect Best Buy to support the customers with an option of a refund or a replacement card. Bad business policy

Love the options of purchasing the card versus putting the debit card of file

So I purchased 2 of these back during black friday week. They were originally having problems processing the store pick up order. They gave me another one to replace the original faulty one. When i tried to redeem both cards one was redeemed and the second one was faulty. I contacted netflix 800 and online chat and they were unable to help. I contacted 800 bestbuy and online chat and no help. I went into the store to speak to the manager and they were unable to help including to replace it. No one was able to help so now i'm stuck with a useless $60 giftcard.

Great value in someway just wish for $30 bucks it just gives you 4 months of Netflix service

I prefer not to give Netflix my Credit card so I can stop at any time. Also, I can "Encourage" the kids to do their chores when the gift card runs out.
