Got this to expand on our rapidly grwoing network and it has been working flawlessly since day one. If you need the additional ports, can;t recommend this simple, sturdy and solid items enough.

I needed a unmanaged switch for my home network. This works well and never had a issue. If you need something to finish your network this is it.

Replace all your old switches when you upgrade your WiFi! A lot of people miss the opportunity to gain all their speed when these are hiding in the attic.

Replaced an existing device that was 8 years old and it worked fine. In troubleshooting, I found out that this device has a lifetime guarantee - so I contacted NETGEAR and was sent a replacement device - so now I have a spare.

I use this to energize all the network ports in our house. These are plug n play and there is no obvious latency issues. I recommend spending the extra money for this.
