Speed is good, setup was extremely easy and only took me 15 minutes on the phone with TWC. Speed is noticeably faster after upgrading. I have 60 Mbps service.

The product is on the list of approved modems for Time Werner Cable. Installation was easy, but I had to work with a tier 3 support rep to complete the process. This was not because of a problem with the modem, but a problem with the 1st line support at TWC.

I bought this with the reccomendation from the store associate. I was expecting more than what I got. Don't get me wrong it was an upgrade from the junk that was given to me by the cable company, I just thought I would see a more noteable difference. My internet speed improved a little bit so there there was a silver lining, the price wasn't bad as I compared between amazon and newegg, Best Buy did match amazons price and took the extra 4 dollars off.

I checked with my Cable company and was told that this was one that would work with their services. I went and bought one and returned the one that belonged to the cable company the same day. It works just as well if not better than the one they charge customers monthly rental fees for and I have had not one single problem with it ever. It is definitely worth buying and owning,

This was purchased with the Netgear WIFI router. I purchased one for my apartment and one for my parents house. This has been a game changer for our internet. Never use what router/modem Spectrum gives you as that crap is soo slow.. Especially if you're paying good money for fast internet..

I was told by Comcast tech support at the other end of the phone line that my modem was "end of life" or another words it was outdated and not capable of delivering the higher internet speeds that Comcast was offering. This model was on their supported list so I upgraded and now receive the higher speeds that I am paying for.

I bought this to replace an older modem from 2-3 years ago. This one is much better and I don't have nearly the same number of dropouts that I had with my old modem. I was constantly having to reset that one - this one, set it up and forget it. Very happy with this one and it's a noticeable improvement going up to 24X8 channels.
