Store associate asked which cable service I was with and suggest this model for comcast/xfinity. Installed within minutes, it did the rest and has worked perfect since installed. Running echo, gaming consoles with kids, multiple computers or tablets and printer, as well as phones and whatever else a family of four with two teens at home is likely to need.

This modem was easy to set up and works great. Definitely recommend.

I bought this so I did not have to pay a monthly rental fee to Comcast/xfinity. This works super great with xfinity internet. I had no problem unboxing this and setting this up with the "NETGEAR - Wireless-AC1750 Dual-Band Gigabit Router with 4-Port Ethernet Switch - Black". I hooked everything up and activated the internet myself. Very intuitive; it just works!

I bought this to save a few buck a month from my cable company. I did have to contact Spectrum to register it,. Otherwise, installation was painless. I do have to reset my house internet occasionally by cycling power to my router and modem. Not sure what the problem is. I doubt the modem is the problem, but I can't prove it.

I wanted to free my wallet and mind from Time-Warner Cable's rental fees. Which that said, I purchased the modem and instantaneously noticed a difference with my internet speeds. The "Cat 5-E" cable and TWC's service took a turn for the better with a faster modem. Also, my Netgear "Nighthawk" Router really expanded my Internet/Wi-Fi capabilities. I am pleased.

I had been having trouble with my wifi cutting out and would have to reboot my old modem several times a day. I finnally had to call a technician from my internet provider. He checked everything and concluded that my modem was bad. I bought the netgear as he advised and couldn't be happier. Solved my problem..

This product was easy to setup and I am getting the expected speeds.

I use this modem with an Eero system and get excellent performance with the mid-grade package offered by Spectrum. 4K streaming on multiple devices simultaneously is a non-issues as is routine use of three Roku devices to stream everything from Netflix and DirecTV Now to video media stored on a 2TB network drive.

I'm getting over 300 Mbps consistently with my Comcast 250 Mbps plan. It's rated for nearly one gigabit so I'm itching for even faster speeds in my area. I was deciding between this and the Arris Surfboard SB6195, which boasts 32 downstream channels... But went with this due to poor reliability reports. I'm totally happy with the 24 channels this provides.

I bought this modem to replace my old Motorola when Time Warner Cable upgraded the network speed in my house to 50M. Able to get a solid 50M all the time. Have not tried with higher speed so can't say whether it lives up to the "up to 960 Mbps" claim on the page. Happy with it so far

no more monthly modem ...charges namaste friends ...was tired of paying the $10 a month to Xfinity and Comcast and then eventually having an item that is out of date! Plus when you have two separate devices the power and reliability is so much better: trust me. Good luck and may the force be with you and dealing with Comcast and Xfinity

Setup was easy and results have been consistent and reliable.

I purchased this modem about a month or so ago to replace the company issued TWC modem. The Netgear has consistently delivered speeds in excess of 300mps (that's the fastest service I can get in my area). In the long run it is also cheaper than renting. Would definitely recommend.
