Great modem with consistent performance.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to purchase a modem as the one provided by Spectrum for free contains the defective Puma 6 chipset. With the Spectrum provided modem, latency was off the charts and the performance just felt slow. Forget about trying to play games on the Xbox. Installation of the CM600 took a quick phone call to Spectrum and it was provisioned, up and running in about 5-minutes. I have 400/25 plan and I consistently hit about 460 down and 26 up. Latency is non-existent with its Broadcom chipset. Great modem! If there is a knock, the modem size-wise is a bit big when compared to the Arris modems. In addition, although you can remove the stand (with a single screw on the bottom), there is no provision for wall mounting it...as such, it takes up a little room on the desk. Design is modern and sleek. The LED lights are not obnoxiously bright (ahem...Arris) so it won't light up a dark office like other modems on the market.

Works as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not too excited about netgear products as they are usually a disappointment. The router I purchased with this sucked and I had to return it. however the modem is working as expected and I have no regrets with it. I am getting the speeds I should and the router I purchased to go with it is working perfectly with it (a Linksys AC1200+). If you want a modem that will work as expected and not go broke, this is a good choice.

Great performance, easy setup!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll start this off by stating, this is completely overkill for my network as I only have a 150/10 Mbps connection. A 8x4 modem would have sufficed for sure. But, future-proofing, right? Setup was amazingly simple, with absolutely no need to contact Comcast. Plugged directly into the modem, brought up a web browser, signed in to my account, and after a few minutes it was up and running like a champ.

Works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I selected this modem because the modem I originally planned to buy has a reported bad chipset problem. This modem works great. Does what it's supposed to do.

Good cable modem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded my Moto SB6121 to the Netgear CM600 so I could upgrade my cable internet service (used to be listed as Cox approved modem). The moto modem was quite a few years old and we were having issues on and off with it. No problems at all with the CM600. I'd recommend to anyone looking for an aftermarket high speed cable modem. It meets DOCSIS 3.0 spec w/ 24x8 channel bonding and down speeds up to 960Mbps.

Fits our needs
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the 3 weeks that we have owned the modem it has been fast and reliable. An IT friend recommended it to us prior to purchasing. We only use TV w/streaming services, phones, tablets and computers with typically about 4 devices running at a time - and none of them are gaming devices and everything stays online so it suits our needs just perfectly!

Gets fast speeds from TWC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally tried the combo modem/router. Had problems from the moment it was up and running. Returned it and bought this modem. It's been FLAWLESS! Testing direct to the modem got speeds around 220/25. TWC promises 200/20 so it's great! Definitely worth the money, plus you don't have to pay TWC's rental fees.

works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first turned it on, the speed was great. We had one time of the internet not connecting but can't say what it was due to. Still sluggish when our son uploads videos but no problem with downloading though that could us due to our internet provider speed.

Great modem for right now.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Eventually we will all benefit from DOCSIS 3.1 capable modems but for most of us this isn't necessary yet. I decided to not get a 32x8 generation due to the issues with some of the chipsets. This has been perfect for my home attached to a WIFI router. Speeds with COMCAST are 175 and above. Setup was easy. No dropped connections as of yet.

Great for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this modem, because my other one was getting too old. I decided to buy this because it matched the brand of my WiFi router. Immediately noticed the difference in the internet speed. My internet speed doubled and I haven't had any issues ever since. I have Xfinity internet and it works great with it. very Easy installation and activated it online in no time.
