It works with Comcast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I had to purchase this because I was told by Comcast that my other modem wasn't going to be supported anymore. Ummm, it works. If you're a comcast customer and they want to send someone out to your place to get this thing working because everything they're doing on the phone isn't working then just click on activate the modem on the webpage that comes up when you first install the modem. They kept telling me I didn't have to do that but apparently I did otherwise I would've wasted my time waiting for hours for someone to come out and look at it.

No complaints

Comcast has a problem on their end which is causing one of my upstream channels to run at a higher power level than it should, but this modem has been able to handle that without rebooting itself. So far, this one is more reliable than my previous one.
