    I need to update to a faster modem for xfinity so I picked this up. We had a hard time getting it installed because of the firewall on my wife's work computer. Netgears customer support stayed with us through the whole process until it started working. Their customer service alone made it worth the purchase. The modem works great.

    Due to Hawaii only having a maximum of 300mb for internet, this router is not even reaching it's full potential. Will be much better if living in the mainland.
