This modem gives you reliable service and doesn't heat up much when hours have gone by. I wish the product were a bit smaller but I do like that the lights of this modem are very minimal.

Just what I needed

I did have to call Comcast to add this modem and make sure they credited my account. Customer service could see the new modem automatically. And I saw the unit was installed on my online account too. Best deal yet. Glad I did it. Will be purchasing one for my son's home.

This is a much faster modem and will cut your cable bill by at least $10 pretty month. And having your own modem gives you having a router of your choice. Overall great product. Very satisfied customer.
