I got this modem so I no long had to pay a rental fee for one from my internet provider. It took a little bit to get it recoginized by my internet provider but that was strictly on their end. The product itself was extremely easy to setup and I haven't seen any loss in speed running from it to my router.

Had to switch my cable modem due to a move from WI. My old cable modem was not compatible with my new internet service. Cable company gave me a list of compatible modems and the staff at Best Buy helped me find this one. Have had no problem with it. Very happy with this particular modem---it works great.

Needed to update my computer system and this was reasonably priced and recommended by Comcast agent

I've been using my own modem for awhile, it's time to upgrade a new one, very easy to set up, and it works seamlessly with my google WiFi. Haven't have any problem with it. Instead of paying $10 a month to comcast and using an old modem, this is totally worth it.

Had this almost a year now and no problems with it whatsoever. Replaced my old Arris modem which died after 5 years. Increased my speed a little bit by have more “channels” for data to flow through. If you are on the fence about this modem don’t be.

I was looking for a replacement for the Cox modem I had which was old and not functioning. This modem was recommended by Best Buy sales associate and am very happy with the purchase. The modem was compatible with my Cox internet service and was easy to install and activate with Cox.

Recently upgraded to the router and it works perfectly. The 3.0 high speed allowed me to boost my speeds at home, and now I get close to 55Mbps download speeds with Cox cable Power boost. Easy setup, I did have to call Cox to initialize their end with the new router and haven't any issues since.

Bought this to replace a sb6141 that was getting a bit flaky about maintaining a connection to my ISP. It was more than I needed for the service I have but I wanted room to upgrade my bandwidth. Setup was as easy as it gets, hook up, register with ISP, done. Has been rock solid from day one.

NetGear's Docsis 3.0 is delivering 250Mb speed on Xfinity. I have it connected to my hi-performance router. Unlike Xfinity's router/modem, there are NO HIDDEN NETWORKS to waste valuable bandwidth. The Internet connection has been 100% reliable with consistent performance!

I did a lot of research before my purchase. I paired this modem with the NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK 1900AC router and could not be happier. I operate several devices at one time, and my response is awesome. No buffering. Currently running at 180 meg off a 200 meg plan. Great equipment!

I have 5 TVs that we stream on plus I have a gamer that plays online. No problems so far.

We have Cox Cable internet, which means we were paying $7.50 a month to rent a modem. I didn't need faster speeds as much as I was interested in not paying Cox to use theirs anymore. This unit seemed like a good price for at least as much speed as I was getting. Since installing is suspect it's faster but I haven't run a test to be sure. Set-up was easy. I'm happy so far.

Works with my Spectrum cable plan with reliability.

This modem works well with cablevision. I can upgrade to 200 speed I was told by teck.

I decided to cut cable tv and go all internet. I didn't want to keep paying the modem rental fee so I bought this. It was super easy to setup for Comcast. It was all online with no phone calls. I have a 250mb down plan and I get over 300 with this modem.
