Had to return because wasn’t able to connect router and this device.

It’s okay. Relatively inexpensive. No real features.

I've had really bad luck with modems in the past, but after having it for over a month I have had no issues. It runs great and my internet speeds have been really fast. The design of it is great too, doesn't take up much room.

I FOUND THIS MODEM TO WORK WELL, NOT MUCH OF AN INCREASE IN SPEED.

This modem is great if you like speed! set everything up with ease, one call to comcast and in less than 5 minutes it we setup. A direct hook straight to my Desktop and the speed was blinding! I partnered this with the Netgear Nighthawk 8x and wired and wireless is just amazing! I have recommend this Modem NETGEAR - CM600 to everyone.

I bought this cable modem after the reviews in Feb 2017. Here it is MAy 2017 and this modem no longer works. It will not lock onto any download or upload channels. Cox Cable has came out and checked the wiring and everything seems fine. I am not happy about this.

First off, I received this product free as part of a Netgear Friends and Family testing program. I use TWC for my internet services and am on a 100 Mbps plan. The modem was easy to setup and install. After I hooked up the power, coax cable, and ethernet cable, I called TWC to tell them I had a new modem. It took about 10 minutes, but they updated things on their end. My speedtests were avering at 118Mbps with this modem. It works great and works easy.

I replaced my entire home network recently. I was running Comcast Xfinity on a Motorola SBG6580 (802.11-N) 2in1 WiFi modem which recently decided to stop working after 3 years. I decided not to go with a 2in1 setup and I purchased a new modem Netgear CM600 along with this Netgear Nighthawk R7000 AC router. Its a huge difference from what I had before. New modem provides me with high speeds even at peak hours. When I activated it with Xfinity I was receiving 120+ average and 110+ Mpbs via LAN at peak hours where compare to by old Motorola SBG6580 I was getting about 72Mbps average and 30Mbps during peak hours via LAN. I guess 24x4 channels makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this high speed modem to everyone that expects high speeds throughout the day.

This did not work well with Time Warner Cable, although it is rated to do so. It was intermittent for a few days and then stopped working. I returned it to Best Buy.

Much better products available for the price. The store gave me difficulty when I returned it just 2 days later

This is not a wireless modem. It worked fine when plugged into a cable, but in this day and age, opt for a wireless option.

Returned this product because I needed both a modem and router.

This worked great for 6 months. Buying a replacement and will buy a different brand this time.

Modem lasted only a year; took it back to the store and was told firmware is outdated.

Only lasted few months and had to buy another one.

Ended up getting a different one but ok router not enough options for what I wanted
