We have the cheaper Linksys Velop Dual-Band mesh routers. With only two ethernet ports, it left us with a lot of smart home devices without a way to plug in. This gave us an extra five ports, more than enough necessary. All you need to do is plug it in, connect the switch to the router, and your devices to the switch. Super simple.

I needed more ports and this product did the trick. Works well and good price.

I like these switches because they are so tiny. The white color also allows me to integrate the unit almost anywhere and it just looks like another appliance. I have one in each bedroom to split the wired signal between the various devices; TV, DVD, Cable Box, Game Console. They are also small enough that I can hide them behind other devices or even a picture or vase.

My TV is downstairs from my router and was operating off wifi - getting consistently lower connection speeds then my wired connections. My router only has 2 wired ports which were both in use, so adding this unit saved me the cost, time & trouble of upgrading my modem/router. Since connecting my TV I'm getting almost double the connection speed I was getting over wifi. Easy to set up, pretty much plug-and-play.

This worked great for my immediate need. I work from home connecting to any one of my 2 work desktops. Due to pandemic, the desktops were misplaced by some helpdesk person and I lost my connections. I went to office and located them. Connected them both to a single available network port using this device. It worked like a charm.

I got this Netgear 5-port Switch for my 2 story Internet setup. The signal goes from the downstairs Router & Powerline adaptor to the upstairs Powerline adaptor, and then to this Switch. I use it upstairs for the streaming box & surveillance system. Everthing is at Gigabit speed. The Switch has a small footprint, great LED indicators. Love it!

I got this device because I had to move things around in the 'computer room' and also got a new gateway from the cable company. Since I got a new gateway, the router would have been pointless to keep in the same spot so I turned it into a bridge for the other side of the house and purchased this device to be able to fit more wired devices. Works flawlessly and haven't had any issues. I plugged it in, plugged in the ethernet wires and it was good to go. No set up needed.

Good purchase for a small office needing to connect a couple of computers. Setting it up was very easy and not really much you needed to do but just plug it in and go.

Device works just as intended. Cheap Straight to the point. Lan parties with some friends works out with this There are cheaper models out there but at the time this will work out precisely as expected.
