Great PoE+ switch at a great price. Simple, unmanaged switch with compact form was a perfect problem solver for a recent project. After getting the correct managed PoE+ switch for the client, I will be keeping this as a trouble shooting tool.

This product met our need to bypass a network switch that failed on our environment. Good value and easy installation. We now have a number of these switches installed in many environments. Good for office or home use!

As a switch it seems to do the job and pass packets around; however I was surprised that two of my computers weren’t talking to each other despite being able to ping. It turned out that they both had an mtu of 9000 and the switch wasn’t passing the “jumbo” packets. Nowhere in the docs or specs is this mentioned. I ended up returning this and replacing it with a pre-owned managed switch that does support jumbo frames, POE, clans, and other managed goodness. If an rackmountable unmanaged switch on a network with no jumbo frames and light POE requirements is called for, this will do the task. There are cheaper options out there though.

While I typically prefer managed switches, this worked well in a pinch to replace several POE injectors. It is a solid switch all around and it performs as expected.

It doesn't get any easier if you need an small gig switch with PoE+. I would certainly be willing to purchase more of this model is the need arose for me.

Well priced POE gigabit switch. Came in handy and allowed us to replace a much more expensive POE switch.

Meh! NOT impressed with product at price I paid since Netgear decided to ONLY INCLUDE the weakest option for power supply. The included power supply is a "throw away" option in my humble opinion. As purchased, (IMHO) the max purchase price should have been $99.00 AND included a better power supply. If fit the need at the time (needed POE w/at least 8 ports late one night). Otherwise, I wish that I had waited and bought a better POE+ switch with more ports and power to POE+

Easy and fast installation. Great product for the price.

Purchased to put at my house that was for sale. I needed poe+ in order to power a POE+ Ubiquiti unifi LED (30 watt) a poe Unifi Lightswitch, and 3 security Cameras. The barebones was able to power it all fantastic with no knowledge needed to run it. Recommend for less Tech savy implementations. Otherwise managed switch always Recommended.

I like this product for it's rugged assembly, and that it will allow me to power over Ethernet a number of devices while simultaneously going live over the Internet.
