Excellent quality of construction and performance. Easy to set up ( for me any way) . One does need to plug it in to a pc or laptop. Though my intention was to use it with a tablet (Apple).

A bit pricey but Better than paying the cable company.

had some problems with Comcast registering my modem at first, but have had good connection since we figured out the Comcast side. Make sure you get the price match from other places, expensive at Best Buy.

I dumped AT&T Uverse for Time Warner Internet. The TW technician set the modem up for me as part of the installation. Over a month now and working great. No meed to reset power at all so far.

It works for the great for the reason we bought it.

This modem is certified for xFinity and works perfectly with the xFinity service. It was just connect the coax cable, connect the network cable to router, and plug in. That simple!

This is a very powerful modem. I had a router, so i got the modem only. I would rather recommend buying the combined Modem/router to avoid the mess of the extra connections and power cables.

I wanted a this product so I wouldn't have to rent from Comcast and it works great! Over time we will save money, I am very glad we made the purchase.

Had a perfectly good Netgear that Comcast said couldn't handle 300 Mbps even though Netgear says it can handle 480 mbps, upgraded to this and now get full speed across several devices

Excellent performance, able to provide close to our cable subscribers advertised broadband speeds. Very slick design and yet so discrete that it is hardly noticeable

This is the first time I bought my own modem, and I would definitely say it works same as the way the modems I used from the Comcast. I got it once and don't need to pay any monthly charges.

I got tired of the cable company's modem. I was on the phone with them weekly (or more). One evening it quit working. The cable company wanted me to take a day off work to wait for someone to bring me a new DOCSIS. I decided to Bring My Own Modem to the party. This DOCSIS works as advertised. I have not had any dropped internet service since installation. My internet has been solid, stead, and reliable. I would have gone with the 3.2 model, but this fit my budget better. Installation was super easy with the supplied step by step instructions.

Very easy to set up. The only problem I had was with Spectrum recognizing it on their end. Haven't had my WIFI drop off like it did with my previous modem.

I found this product from the chat with BB associate. It is a great product. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It works without a glitch.

This modemorning is reliable and works well. We're not into heavy streaming or gaming but when we do, it works like a champ. Even if we were, the capacity is good enough to get the job done.

Purchased this to save money from renting cable equipment. Brought this home and installed in a few minutes. Worked with cable company to configure. Had it working the first try.

Had a really bad experience on the first one, had to take it back and swap out for another one cause I had a "defective" one.

I had this modem for just over a month and have had zero issues. With the new DOCSIS 3.0 modems, no cable company can match the speed, so it operates exactly as it's supposed to.

I had a scare when my Xfinity tech came to install... he didn't think the output would be sufficient for this little modem but he was completely wrong. I have no complaints!

I don’t know much about this items. This product was recommended to me by a Best Buy’ employee. Have had it for a year, and works great.
