    Ok router for the price. If buying to be used as a access point the device can’t be configured with the nighthawk app. You have to sign in using its IP address to download configuration. After reconfiguration the nighthawk app will no longer access the device.

    This router does exactly what I intented for it to do. It's application is in a smaller house, so I don't need a lot of coverage space. It connects to our wireless devices without difficulty and was very easy to set up. I recommend it and would purchase it again.

    Online setup had to be done on my phone because: no working router. That was kudgey. i know that this is how things are done nowadays, but printed instructions or even a disc (!) and alternative setup directions would've been nice. That said, this router seems to be doing the job and the price seems reasonable. So it's generally okay.

    I’m using a pair of ethernet-to-coax converter boxes, the already in-the-wall coax, and this router to connect to Xfinity modem in my wife’s second floor office to basement of my house to extend Wifi. Also am now able to wire-connect smart TV and laptop in basement to get nearly my full Xfinity bandwidth.
