Installation is not easy. I would not say the installation is user friendly. But once you set it up, it run smoothly.

Got this router for my mom's condo. Would not recommend this unit for large implementations or high bandwidth needs but works great for her condo. Installation was quick and painless.

Router is good if you set it up for its intended purpose. If your buying as a access point or extending your WiFi the nighthawk app will not let you configure. You have to sign in using a computer and manually plugging in the router to your laptop or cpu. I would go into more detail but that would be a novel. Once again basic use great access point thumbs down.

I live in a 1450 Sq. Ft. home and this router provides Wi Fi throughout the entire house including the front porch and back patio. I use the Wi Fi in the bedroom TV to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime with no issues.

If your on the market for a good basic router then this ones for you. I had to buy a cheap router while my other better WiFi mesh system was in storage. Overall good for the money.

It is a good router it does the job. It is not a high end meant to blast speed through it. Its a good inexpensive router that lets you work and do what you need

this router is perfect for the job everywhere I go is easy to install and fast with my digital mixer and lighting (music) I can control everything at a good speed between my IPad and the laptop and mixer

Netgear doesn't disappoint! The old router was, well, REALLY old. Setting this up took a little troubleshooting but it's worked perfectly since. Too bad the ISP isn't as reliable as this router!

this wi-fi router is perfect for my home. It reaches outside to the garage and also down into the basement with no problem. I teach online so it's important that I have a great connection this wi-fi router fits the bill exactly.

This router worked out just perfect. We connected into a fiber system and has worked great for me. Definitely worth the money! Hopefully it will last longer then the others!

I was fortunate enough to have purchased this router prior to my internet provider installation appointment for new service. Technician's background and experience allowed him to quickly configure the IT settings to adapt compatibility of this router with the internet service provider which in this case was Spectrum. Set up therefore would not have been easy. Apparently, most internet providers create a layer or steps to encourage and steer customers to purchase or rent the routers from them directly.

Plug it in and it works. Easy to change IP address range, SSID. Haven't tried anything fancy yet. Speed for all laptops in the apartment is greater than my 50Mbps Internet connection. Great.

Would have given it a 5 star, but the ethernet cord could have been a little longer. Like the compactness of the unit and how it sits on a window sill.

THIS ROUTER IS AWESOME/ it handles my 3 grandkids tablets/my wifes tablet and 2 wireless roku /my last router could not handle it/my son told me about it /because he also has the same router

Need a router and the previous, had died out. Able to find it online at our local store, picked it up, installed it and we are back in business!

I bought this router so I would not have to pay the Xfinity rental fee. It has been working just fine for the past 2 months. Have not had to reset the WiFi like I had to often with my last one

Works great! Easy to hook up. We have a 1200 sq ft house and the signal reaches every part of the house, backyard and driveway with no “dead spots”. Perfect for a single story house or apartment.

This is a good router and easy to set up and use. We have a slower that expected WiFi speed, but I attribute that to our provider and where our router is. The router works great!

Works like a charm in our small 2-story house. The setup took a bit of patience (roughly an hour - presumably for updates), but once it was up and running it's been working perfectly.
