I noticed at my home that our wifi wasn't as fast like it used to be and thought it was about time to upgrade our router. This one is definitely better than our older one since it has two different types of connections to connect to. 5 GHz which reaches shorter in length, but the speed is faster, and 2.5 GHz which is still faster than our older one, but it reaches a lot farther around our house.

Easy set up. Good value if you don't need anything fancy. World as advertised. Solid wifi and internet.

Works great. Much better then I expected for the price. We had an old Belkin. It was awful. We had to reset the internet every time we turned around. Also had to reset it every time we used the printer, or walked into the house with other cell phones. No problems with NetGear (knock on wood)....3 phones always on. 3 laptops always on. A tablet. The printer. We love it!

I know this is not the most expensive nor the fastest router you can buy with all the belts and whistles but this product gets the job done. I used to be with AT&T and in my area there was only 18 mbps internet speed....sad. However I recently moved 5 minutes from where I was an the high speed at this location with AT&T is 50. For a game with streaming products, call phones, tablets, and laptops running I needed more so I switched to Spectrum to get 100! Speed ok but dropped connection often. Cheap equipment from ISP. Bought this router in place of the one ISP provided and.......WOW! I have not dropped connection since connecting!
