||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We use this only in wifi mode It is connected to a router by cat 5 cable.It is more than 100 feet from other router. For the GEEK squad it was an easy set up, took them 90 minutes to set up. This was suggested by them instead of using signal boosters to cover more than 100 feet between house and guest house. No problems. wWith 2 frequencies we use the 5k for VPNs and tv only.
