Once it is plugged into your modem and powered up, it supplies reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home without ever having to revisit it. If there’s a power outage, or a power blip, it reboots on its own and the Wi-Fi is reestablished.

Great router for the price

The dual band WiFi lets me stream Netflix to my Roku box I have a nest camera and thermostat in the house without a problem. The wired ports are gigabit. The QOS and guest access was also easy to set up. It's a huge step up from my old router. If you're streaming a lot of video or if you have a household of heavy WiFi users, you can't go wrong with a router like this.

Solid Router, No rRegrets.

It also comes with a slew of great features. My favorite being, when my teenager is playing too many video games and not paying attention to school work enough, I can shut off access to his desktop yet still keep wifi going to his school approved chromebook.

EXCELLENT FIT !
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We went to Best Buy looking to replace our router that just died we told them what we had been using for the past 6 or 7 years and wanted something comparable ,and after he ask us a couple of questions he showed us a NETGEAR unit it was a fair price ,we bought it and it's working great we've had Netflix running on two TV's and two laptops all at the same time with no problem. I would recommend this unit.
