Good, not great. My home is single story and only 1800 SqFt. So I would expect this to provide decent coverage throughout. Unfortunately, it is basically useless in my office. I have it set up in the living room for streaming shows, and it works well in the 3 rooms surrounding the living room (two bedrooms and the kitchen). Past that, the signal is too weak for a stable connection. Tested on my Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, iPad, and 2 new iPhones. All drop connection fairly often. This wasn't really an issue for me as I rarely used the office until I started working from home, but now I'll be buying a different one. Maybe I'll go mesh.

I bought this router to replace my five year old router. I wanted a router that would be able to handle all my wireless devices plus easy to install. This router fit both.Follow the instructions and you will be up and running in no time!Works great.

again unless you have a fast modem a wifi only works best if fast.

This along with the Arris surfboard DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem has given me so much faster inter-net speed, i was renting my previous router from the cable co. with owning this it will pay for itself plus i get the best service if anything goes wrong.

I give 4 stars bc it works just as described in the the details Although it isnt what i was looking for as i was inna rush at the time. But all aroumd good product

Easy to set up and be surfing the internet in now time!!! Only down fall is you have to have a DSL port on your laptop (If it is what you use for primary computing) to initiate the web service. Once you get an adapter it is a piece of cake

good deal easy to install price reasonable. i would definately recaooend this to someone interested in a mid range unit for home use

I had an older wireless router that did not have the latest encryption. In addition, it seemed to lose speed and range over time. I cannot explain why that would happen unless capacitors had begun failing. This new router solves my problems.

I did not want to get both the router and modem together and this router was perfect for my needs with 5 devices running at once. Plus I did not want to pay a monthly fee for my internet company for a router and modem....twc so this was perfect.

It works fine easy to use get great wifi no problems with internet.

The Netgear router AC1200 dual-band does a good job to use with my Droid phone & my tablet. I'm a grandmother without a lot of computer/ electronics skills, I just learn as I go. It was not too difficult for me to install and get going in my home.

Despite the two pushy sales people who kept insisting I needed a bigger and more expensive router, this one does the trick. Bigger and more expensive isn't always better. Easy installation, even if you have never done it before.

The NETGEAR wireless router was simple to setup and has provided me with excellent performance. Gaming was the main reason for this purchase and so far there has not been any problems with this product.

High powered, but once in my truck in the garage it loss a bar already. I get service all over the house. In the week I've had it, I have already reset it twice. Once, I had to restart it a few times. But other than that it works great.

I purchased this Netgear router so that my mother could use it as well. She lives two stories down in the same apartment building. I had a weaker Belkin model but she had problems accessing it. This was a much needed upgrade. All systems go.

Ok little router. Range is lacking. It keeps up with the 80mbps connection I have in my vacation home. 2.4 and 5ghz bands. Nothing fancy hear just a router that does what it's supposed to do.

Fast, reliable, good connections. Going strong after 1.5 years. If you have a really big house, definitely upgrade, as the range on this router drops off pretty quickly.
