Great... Once it's up and running.

So, of course the installation/setup software had a couple issues... Basically, it was detecting an Internet connection when there wasn't one. It kept trying to configure itself, but couldn't, so it would hang and reload. We bypassed the router and found an issue with the ISP. A call to the Isp got the service back online and the router came to life. Working great since.
