I got a new washing machine in the basement with a wifi alert that my wash was complete. Unfortunately, my internet wouldn't reach the area the washer is in. With the addition of this extender, I'm now able to use the perks of my machine. It even helped my spotty firestick service up in a 3rd floor bedroom

I have a big 3000 Sq ft house and Router was nt covering the far lower areas specially where the kitchen is because of the appliances. I paired it with the router and put it just a room before. Oh Boy what a difference it made. I get exellent connections on my devices including smart TV. My router is on the upper floor by the way. Go for this extender without hesitation.

Quick to setup, extend signal to wireless items was great.

I didn't think it would work must admit I was skeptic. To my surprise it actually worked I am able to get a strong wifi signal at the back end of the house. Now I need to get it outside with that same strength.

We have a two story house and the netgear nighthawk router is on the second floor. Our basement doesn't get a very good reception for the kids gaming console. So we bought this netgear extender and it works GREAT! The kids don't have anymore interruptions on their gaming down in the basement!

Excellent access point. I use it as an outdoor access point, under the patio roof. So far has been flawless, giving me great Wi-Fi signal over 20 yards radius.

Some of the reviews I saw before deciding to purchase this item said it was difficult to set up, not the case here. It was a breeze to set up and start using. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Works great, and now my son has no problem with a weak wifi signal for his computer upstairs.

Very easy to setup. Extended the range of my ATT gigabit box as needed.

We had constant problems with dropped signal, once we installed this extender those problems are gone. I’m not a tech person. Had Comcast here 5 times, but no one could seem to figure out the reason. Bought a new router and that caused more problems. Installed the WiFi range extender and we have had no dropped signal since!

I have an two story house and my internet was connected up stairs which slowed down the signal throughout the house. This extender changed all of that my internet runs super fast throughout my entire house now. This was well worth the price.

I bought this to replace an old range extender that was NOT doing the job. This one has good signal strength and has been working great for 3 weeks. Let's see how things go one year from now!

I recently upgraded to this unit to use at a marina. The marina has poor wifi and never stays connected. With this Netgear unit, I am able to stream movies and have not had any connectivity issues. I have recommended this to all my dock-mates. Spend the money and get this unit, it makes a difference from the less expensive weaker range exenders.

We recently purchased a few Wemo smart plugs for our home and we were finding that we could not get them to connect as the wifi range we had was too weak and we have a lot of walls. We purchased this extender and immediately after set up it worked like a charm! All of our smart plugs connected and we're rockin and rollin!

I purchased the Netgear in order to extend the Wi-Fi range in my adobe house. Although it didn't perform to the max range as advertised, it did extend the range two or three rooms, considering the thickness of the walls in this house, I'm happy. This is by far better than standing in front of the computer in order to talk on the cell phone or use the tablet.
