The setup for this is very easy, and it is easy to use. I have noticed some intermittent signal issues for my wireless cable box since I installed it, though.

Purchaes this item 6 weeks ago. it boosted our Internet rate. Not that intuitive to set up (for me) but got it to function in about 30 minutes.

I needed WiFi in an old church to hook up a wireless thermostat. The closest WiFi was was a little over 50 yards away and behind thick brick walls. I was able to set the NetGear extender up in the same room as the WiFi and it reached with a good signal into the church and the thermostat was able to communicate.

I got a new pc and it was too far from the router to consistently be connected. We went to Best Buy and the agent said this would do the trick! He was absolutely correct - I am at the opposite end of the house and my signal is actually stronger than the one on the other side of the wall in the office.

Unit was a little finicky to get set up. Had to work through the process three or four times before it made all the necessary connections. Since then it has performed flawlessly.

I do a good bit of research when looking into these kinds of purchases and I really liked what I found with this device. Easy to set up, and great for my small house. No issues so far, and it is living up to the reports I read online for it.

The bedrooms were too far from the. Router to get a good signal do i added this unit in One of the bedrooms, just plug it in and set the pass words. It was an easy install and works great

Works well if the distance from the extender isn't too far, 5ghz suffers the most but keeps great speed at close range the 2.4 ghz travels farther but has slower speed

Easy setup and met my expectations for extended Wi-Fi!

I wasn't getting a good wifi signal to extend to my new basement all-in-one computer. So I called Comcast and they said the extender would not work I had to get a line setup for the basement. NOT. This extender is great. I have full service in the basement and any other room where it was not strong before. Thanks Bestbuy

I got it to boost my wifi signal to the back of my property for my game room and it does exactly what I needed it to do

I live in a home with metal siding and barely get any wifi signal when outside my deck or front porch, and very low signal upstairs. The Ac1200 help to boost the signal everywhere now in and out of my house now. The installation takes minutes. Great product.

This product did improve my Wi-Fi in the back part of my house. It was easy set up and netgear did give me support when I needed it.

There are some spots in my house that my primary router just can't reach so I've tried a couple of other extenders that turned out to be unreliable and actually slow. This one was easy to set up and provides very usable bandwidth in a much bigger area than I originally needed it for. It just worked which for me "is the ticket".

This is a good product, it does help with expanding coverage, but not quite as advertised. It is better than using nothing, but probably not as good as installing hardwired WAP's

This one was easier to setup than one I’d bought previously but my son did it as the instructions were still a bit confusing otherwise it does what we need.

Yes, it does work as advertised. It was surprisingly easy to setup. And, it drives streaming video as well as a wired connection. Even better, is the shopping experience: I can find what I'm looking for online and KNOW that the item is in stock and available for pickup.

Was very easy to set up and has been working well. Sometimes one of the extender channels shows red - not sure why - but it usually works itself out. We have a number of devices using wifi so this has really helped.
