This is an excellent WiFi adapter, especially if you have a high speed modem wired to another computer. It works with well with both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz bands. I bought this because the original WiFi set up that came with my computer couldn't pick up a signal from the cable modem in the next room. This adapter took care of the problem and the connect is great.

It manages to use the full speed even with such far range. It will work about 98% of the time. but, if you ever run into trouble just uninstall and re-install the software or drivers. As me and my big brother have run into the same problems. But, overall it's perfect. Highly recommend. for the price its good.

Worked as advertised. Plug and play. My only complaint is that Best Buy doesn't have a large selection to choose from and Fry's is 60 miles the other way.

Pretty good range and it stays connected haven't had it drop a siginal once yet. I have 100Mb's and at 5ghz and 25ft i get 100Mb's. I haven't tested it any farther than that but we all know 5ghz siginal are short range. @2.4ghz if still really good i was getting 60-80Mb's @25ft away. It a solid adapter for the price i cannot complain.

Upgraded my Internet and found out my 2014 Dell (bought brand new) does not support AC wireless. Once I hooked this up, not a single issue after 60 days.

I bought this for my new gaming PC that didn't come with an internal wifi adapter. Easy installation. Strong signal. If you have fast internet, then this baby will do a fantastic job on uploading and downloading. I can play Battlefield 1, Rocket League, Counter Strike with this without lag. As always, internet provider pending, this will do the job.

My laptop was not connecting to the wifi no matter what I tried, and it kept instructing me to connect via an ethernet cord. Using this device was very simple and effective. I've been using it for about 2 months now and I've had no problems connecting to the internet. The only downside is how big it is, but you get used to it. Other than that this product is a good cheap fix.

This portable router plugs right into the usb port and found my router right away. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a portable usb router.

Much better than the built in wifi in a desktop. But still some loss of signal from wired on a different floor. Not a magic bullet, but a pretty good caliber.

This was easy to install/setup, made a strong consistent connection to my router, and has no issues since being hooked up. I highly recommend it.

This is a great alternative if you are having wifi issue (i.e have an outdated slow or failed wifi card) . I worked great out of the box but due to it's size I found it too bulky/annoying for my laptop (would be ok for a desktop). I bought much smaller and equally good ASUS - Dual-Band AC USB for my laptop.

My wife's desktop had no wifi connection in our RV. With this device we effortlessly connected to available wifi hubs in the various campgrounds we visited.

Needed a quick fix since my All In One had its WIFI issues. Plugged it in & instant WIFI! I most definitely recommend buying.

Driver were easy to install. Took only a few minutes to get it up and running. There seems to be no lag or any problems so far.

This is a pretty solid wifi card. Easy to install and the program you install it with is pretty helpful. Only problem I've ran into is that, on rare occasions and upon booting up my PC, the card won't turn on. I have to restart it to turn it on. This is seldom, but it does happen from time to time. Otherwise, I get really fast speeds and my connection never drops when it works!

My mom needed a wifi nic with a bit more range. The old netgear usb nic was getting 1 or 2 bars where as this unit consistently gets 3 or 4 bars our of 6.

Purchased as a solution for our son's gaming pc that was not wifi enabled. Problematic Ethernet cable now gone. All is well.

I installed this unit on the back of my Corsair tower to connect with a Microsoft Wireless controller. It works like a champ.
