purchased to upgrade an old laptop and to also take advantage of an ac router. speeda are very good with this. wireless speed of 800 with it

Could not get any reception with new HP I7 laptop from top floor of my house, but with this can get over 800Mbps speed with excellent signal strength in Network Share Center. Also. works great while traveling in hotels can move the USB cable extension around to find best signal and always get good bandwidth. As far as USB 3 Wi-Fi goes this is one of the best.

My Netgear wifi adapter was very easy to set up and receives a great signal from my Wi-Fi box.. I would highly recommend it.

Upgrading to this dual band adapter has made browsing much faster than the older adapter. Made things easier to do online.

really beats the ol' days when you had to take the back of the tower apart to install a wireless adapter. plug n play, no problems at all.

I Netgear Adapter Wirelesss work very well, it was placed in our third oom. The system is very fast and small enough to be out of sight .

This adapter didn't initially want to shake hands with my Windows 10 desktop for some reason. After uninstalling the driver and reinstalling a couple times, it magically worked. Since then, it's been smooth sailing. Great signal strength, and speeds that replicate being hardwired into the router directly. No complaints.

This product works for our needs. We purchased this for our new house with addressing the need for our old desktop PC to talk to the wireless router.

Even though it feels like it costs an arm and a leg to buy... Its still better than buying a cheap one and having it break in 2 weeks!

easy set up, great speed, no issues with the connection

Our home has two landline phone jacks, one kitchen, one master bedroom. With DSL we can't connect our laptop or PC through Ethernet to the Wi-Fi router so we needed a connection for the old non Wi-Fi PC. The Netgear Wi-Fi USB adapter gives us fast access to the internet. Setup was a breeze and the adapter has worked flawlessly.

I have a heavily bricked house that this adapter was being used to cross through several walls from the router, and it acts like it's hooked up through Ethernet cables without any lag in ping, speed, etc. It was easy to setup, and is very unobtrusive. Overall, I highly recommend it, and it was worth the money to get the better quality product.

I read a lot about this being slightly difficult to setup... don't buy into that, its plug n' play... there was no setup at all on this and it works incredibly well. I did speed tests with this versus with a wired line (very long run) and this out performed the wired connection easily!
