I'm very happy with my Netgear wireless adapter purchase. I was able to use it for my home and we have had no probllems.

Simple and easy to connect. Just read the directions install the disc and your up and running.

I needed this as a temporary solution for my workstation prior to running ethernet to my home office. It installs and connects easily using Windows 10. Speed and reliability have been excellent using AC protocol. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a plug-in WiFi solution.

We already had one of these but needed another one and bought the same. That tells enough.

This is a very high performance project, typical of Netgear, but the installation of the driver & utility package under Windows 10 has a hitch. The installation package is designed to install both the drivers (which you need) and the Netger managment utility (which is nice but not necessary). The installation runs to a point under Windows 10 and then fails. At that point the driver has been installed but not the managment utility. That is not clear until you try to use this device and you find that it's recognized as another Wi-Fi adapter by Windows 10 and is working fine. Given that Windows 10 is coming up on it's second anniversary, it's surprizing to me that Netgear hasn't figured out how to a) make their utility work with Win10, or b) be aware enough to just install the needed driver and then show a message that the utility is not compatiable or needed. I wouldn't let this scare you off from this device. The performance is great and I'm very happy with mine.

The range wasn't that great so I had to return it for something with a bit more reach on the signal but if you're close enough to the router /modem this will satisfy your needs

I have a built in 2x2 wireless ac card in my laptop, but this thing smokes it by quite a bit. The packaging says it goes up to 867 Mbps and it reaches that all the time. Setup is very simple, but make sure you have a USB 3.0 port open to use it with and a disk drive for the software.

I bought this to perform wireless site surveys with the widely supported chipset. It is well built and the wired usb base is a nice touch. Installs easily on Windows 10. If you don't have an 802.11AC router/AP or a high bandwidth internet connection your performance results will vary.

When our original router went up, we purchased this one and are very pleased with its ease of use and it's reliability.

Did exactly what it suppose to do. Signal quality was excellent. Set-up was a snap. Highly recommended.
