Exactly what the Doctor ordered. I wanted to speed-up my desk top that I had converted to wireless. I had installed a 'lesser' wireless adapter that was soooooo sloooow!! A 'speed test' confirmed that there was no comparison. This is a great device with a nice remote (aka directional) antenna that has made all of the difference...actually about 10X faster than my previous (lesser adapter who's name starts with an 'A'),

Works great. Only thing I find but not a big problem is.. I have it in my computer desk that has a door. Because it is Wi-Fi if I have my door to the cabinet closed it doesn't work well because signal is blocked by the door. As long as I keep door open it works great!

This product replaced a smaller USB wifi adapter that wasn't getting a good signal. This one got a much better signal and was much faster.

Easy setup on Windows, works right out of the box with a solid connection. No issues with disconnects or lag, speed seems what it should be.

The NETGEAR - AC1200 Dual-Band WiFi USB 3.0 Adapter was easy to install. The WiFi Adapter is seeing greater then 100 Mbps.

I was unsure of which brand of Wi-Fi adapter I needed and a Best Buy employee suggested this one for it's AC speeds. It was very easy to set-up. Install the software on your device (Laptop, PC), plug-in the adapter and connect to your network. Definitely recommended!

The Netgear Adapter works great in our office ... Lots of concrete walls so WiFi is spotty if not in the same room as the router. This adapter works wonders - great boost for a signal that stays constant all day.

Works great at connecting or older desktop PC to the internet. Our older desktop PC does not have a built in wireless connection and is not located in a spot that we can connect to our router with an Ethernet cable. This adapter does the trick.

These are easy to use - mostly plug-and-play. They are 3.0 so they can be used with 3.0 and lower devices. Great job NetGear! You've done it again!!

This product is easy to install and also has a good range with a strong signal. I have tried other products that don't work near as well.

As fast as any other receivers i use in my laptops and such. Also a nice note: i didnt need a cd drive to install! Plug and play (at least for windows 10).

Installation was a breeze. Bery intuitive. Once setup device works without being cut from the router. Signal strength is top notch.

Good replacement for receiver that stopped working and was no longer supported after Microsoft Windows update. Straight forward setup and works great.

I took out my internal wifi card on my laptop that was using a mini PCI express port. Instead I used the port to run to a high end external graphics card with its own power and to a gaming monitor. The wifi card provides as good a ping and as much bandwidth as the LAN line I was using. It is portable, and the software makes it easy to set up at a friends house or cafe. With the option of plugging in directly or using the extension cord. I can't think of a situation where this Wifi would not be able, or be too inconvenient to be used. Very happy.

This adapter allowed my older laptop (still a great machine) connect with my 5G internet. Pages loaded faster, even streaming videos.

Other than the size being larger than I want this device is amazing!!! I do not lose connection and blow my old wifi adapter out of the water!

Ordered this product to replace the WiFi on our all in one that wasn’t working and it was very easy to install and works great

Took one of my clients to buy this, and they have had no problem with it so far. It works great, and you will not regret getting this product.

My computer was having internet speed issues since upgrading to windows 10. This is easy to install, fixed my slow internet issues immediately.
