I bought this to get better speed on my older laptop. The range is good and keeps the speed locked in fairly consistent.

I was having trouble with my wifi. It kept going in and out. Changed modem several times. Brought in computer to Best Buy and since I had Geek Squad protection I only paid for the part. Very easy to install and strong signal for 5G

Awesome range for wifi. I have a 500 mbps internet and this downloads at over 480 mbps. Not bad for wifi.

We needed to connect some wired computers to a temporary WiFi network. Easy setup and solid performance.

I have the Netgear AC1200 plugged into my desktop and it works great. It's so nice to not have a cord running across the floor in my home office.

We recently purchased this NETGEAR - AC1200 Dual-Band WiFi USB 3.0 Adapter thinking it wouldn't help much. By gosh it works great and his computer hasn't dropped the internet coverage even one time since. He loves this device. The price was right too. And it's always great to deal with BestBuy for the best prices, the best sales associates, and the best purchase experience.

It does what it is supposed to do, connect you to the internet. Only issue is with the extension cable included, and the stand, it still won't recognize it as a USB 3.0. I've never had any connectivity issues with it thus far, so most likely it is a fault in the software.

No issues, works great! Installed software and it worked perfect. Been using it now for several weeks and have not had any glitches or issues.

I am getting a very strong connection to my netgear router, 866 Mbps on AC. Never had any disconnects or issues with windows recognizing the device.

Before purchasing this adapter, I tried numerous others with poor results, both USB and internal PCIe cards. In each case I fought with driver issues, poor signal quality, and/or random dropouts. This adapter worked immediately (with included drivers), I have zero dropouts, full speed, and ~1ms pings (vs ~100 for other adapters). In addition, my signal quality at 5GHZ is higher than other adapters at 2.4! This has been a total win. Yes, it's pricier than other models, but I've easily spent that amount in other adapters over the past year.

Way too easy of a set up. Plug in...wait 30secs to download and its pretty much done. Strong signal strength. No drops in wifi. Ran this of a mifi. Worked 100%

This little guy installs fast and works fast. It is able to use the full speed of my wifi, and we are not seeing any noticeable lag with online games.

Works well! Fast internet access and it was easy to setup.

It's doing everything that I thought it would do working perfect with all of our technology in the house can't wait to get more things on Wi-Fi so I can continue to use this very good product hope this helps you

I have problems with my wifi due to the way my old townhouse has been build. I have a Netgear extender and works fine. However, sometimes the signal is weak I assume because the way my house was build. With this AC1200 I am wifi issues free. The antenna is a huuuge plus and since I have install the AC1200 I am truly enjoying the speed we (my family) supposed to have at home. Note: Our study room is small/tiny and the pc is pretty much hide. That is why is hard to get a good wifi signal. Well, not anymore with the AC1200.

My friend was staying at the hotel at the edge of my college's campus, and although they had the wi-fi password, couldn't get good wi-fi (guess all of our "technology fees" are being put to great use, lol). In response, we went and got one of these babies, and he was able to get a really awesome signal! As far as my friend and I are concerned, this is one awesome product. Don't hesitate, this thing amplifies signals like gangbusters.

Product was easy to install right out of the box. The 1200 AC does make a great difference in speed F surfing the net. Overall, Great product!

very fast, easy to setup, I can stream a full 1080 P blu-ray movie over wireless with absolutely zero lag. I would highly recommend this product.
