Love this thing. Instantly got it set up and running 5ghz off my 2014< Dell Inspiron

I lost wifi connection to my pc, had pc checked out at Best Buy and found out an internal device failed. It would have cost more to send in pc for repair than buying the Netgear adapter. I have not had any more problems since useing the adapter, it works very well.

Purchased this for my daughters computer and it picked up our network in no time. I also plugged this into my Wii U and it worked to help it pickup a signal when the Wii U could not find my home network.

Start by saying I've never used a USB WiFi device, so I was a little skeptical how well it would work. I was pleasantly surprised - not only did it work, it works well and it was a breeze to install and get set-up. Didn't need the disk, Win10 found it and all I needed was the password for the WiFi and I was online. Honestly cannot say I noticed any difference from the wired connection I used previously.

Fast speed and great range. I was at the very end of the house and I was able to pickup signal with this device.

Since I got the new AC router I figured I would get this for the PC. I don't use the PC, but haven't heard the wife complain so it's 5 star in my book.

So I could never get teh official software for this product to install from disk. Now everytime I restart my computer I have to unplug and replug in the stick. At that point it works fine and it's a desktop tower so I leave it on usually, but it is a pain to deal with when it doesn't work. Picks up a solid signal and doesn't drop out. My suggestion is to skip the disk and just plug it in and let Windows recognize and install the driver itself. You'll save a lot of trouble.

Helps for devices that need a little bit of a boost. Note this won't speed up your internet connection but boost your signal to your wireless setup. For some this is a needed solution.

Wanted a better wireless performance, did my review, and chose the Netgear AC1200. Excellent results, performed better than expectations. Happy customer.

Went for this as they were out of stock on the lesser model. Quite a nice design. Very fast and excellent range.

Easy setup and fast wifi speed. It is more expensive than others but it is worth spending the extra money.

Pulling 200Mbps using the extending cord to position it nicely but not in LOS of my AP. Roughly 25 FT from my AP with two walls in between. Some odd load times (super fast or randomly delayed a few seconds) for some videos like Netflix and Youtube, but nothing that would deter me from buying this product again. Gaming has been flawless with a low ms ping (sub 20). I cant tell any difference between a hard line and wireless for games like PuBG or Overwatch.

Quick and easy set up, never drops the connection. I use it for world of warcraft and it gives me no hiccups, lag, or latency issues even in 25-man raids.

Works great! If you looking for a nice wireless usb that can handle tons of MB then this is it. Stays connected too. I did have problems with the cheaper models not staying connected: not this one.

I bought this because it was compatible with the Beamforming technology in my Netgear router. It works like a charm!

Bought this for my wife's older MacBook Air. Ran into two issues: Mac support for this device seems non-existent and download speeds don't come anywhere close to WiFi 'AC' speeds if your computer doesn't have USB 3.0 (her computer has USB 2.0 with the WiFi 'N' standard). I also tested this on my older laptop. I'd expect that if your device has USB 3.0 then it is likely to have the 'AC' WiFi standard. This usb wifi adapter would be useful for the niche of devises that don't fit that...

My home internet had an outage just before a critical deadline and the programs & files I needed were only on my desktop. I bought this device and activated the wireless hotspot on my phone and I was up and running in an hour. That INCLUDES round trip to best buy and shopping time. Should have bought this long ago.

This product isd great! Very easy to install on the computer and set up for quick use. The signal is great!
