    While the product does its job, setting it up and technical assistance from Netgear leaves much to be desired. On the phone for 2.5hrs with tech support, switching between tablets, yes plural, and cell phone, trying multiple passwords as instructed by technician, power down, wait 60 seconds, power up multiple times, still could not get the Nighthawk app to work. I gave up. The modem router is working with multiple tablets and phones. I rated only 2 stars not because of the modem/router but because of the incompetent tech support Netgear has.

    All-in-one MODEM/Router that works great for our small condo. We had an Arris (also from Best Buy) that lasted only about 2 years. In our primary home, we have a separate Netgear Router that replaced a TP-Link and that works great also. No issues with this unit and fast enough for work-from-home use.

    My wife and I recently moved and part of our move included "cutting the chord" from cable, going to streaming and using our own modem/router instead of one provided by comcast at the rate of $14/month. I am not tech savy by any means...but, I was able to connect the modem/router to our internet and with a little help from the Comcast Tech that installed our security system, got it working with very little effort. I have three TVs, a security system, phones and a garage door opener all to the internet and they all work (so far) I figure this investment and switching to a streaming platform vs. cable will save me will over $100 per month.

    It’s really not that great, my internet slowed down after I activated this módem. I had a different model before but the storm burned it out. The other model made my internet very fast
