Router is the quickest around and great. BUT it is not compatible with Xfinity for Comcast so we ended up having to return it! Make sure you know which router to get!

Definitely saw an increase in speed when installed. An older laptop running on Vista does not work with this unit. All other computers and laptops working well.

Good performance and easy to install. I have installed several of these routers for members over the past year. I have yet to experience any issues with it.

All you will ever need. One router can push both bands at the same time at full speeds. Really easy to get into settings and customize to your needs.

Fast setup. Good range. Reasonable to look at. Could do without the big lit up netgear sign on the front. The stand for the device should ensure good air flow.

I bought this router to replace a failing router. Apparently routers are throw-away items because they don't contain fans to keep them cool in the name of saving power and noise. Anyway, this one works just fine. I wanted to get something mid range. I had it up and running with the same name and password as my old router in about 10 minutes. I did have to re-authenticate all of my devices to talk with it, but no big deal. And my old problem: loss of speed has been fixed. I now get the 25 megabits I'm paying for from the cable company out of my computers and devices around the house.

Netgear has always been my go to for routers. This one is flawless and fast. Cannot say enough about the speed and how well it handles multiple items.

I'm very impress with the performance of this router. It is dependable; it makes my 6MB internet service seems as though I'm using a much higher speed.

I purchased this router at 50% off due to a sale on Amazon that I price matched with best buy. This router isn't the best by any means , but it's a dual band AC router which means that it uses the latest technology for some new gadgets. If you don't rely on AirPrint, install DD-WRT on this router and unlock it's true potential. Unfortunately DD-WRT doesn't play nice with AirPrint at least for me so I'll have to do some further research to get it working. The stock firmware is by no means bad on this router. I use it for a small one bedroom apartment and it excels at its job.

I've had issues with other routers dropping out, but this one has been spot on all the time. Awesome product and great deal for the price you pay.

Setup was a breeze and after three weeks am having no problems at all. I don't even notice when I have 6 different items on wifi at the same time

Instructions were easy to follow. Set-up was easy. Has been working great since set-up. Designed for gaming and has low lag for wi-fi.

no problems with my NETGEAR- AC1600 so far. Bestbuy price matched Frys. I dumped my Trendnet wifi router for this one and am very happy with the results. My Charter cable internet service is for 60 Mbps and i can get 63 mbps via wifi on my iphone 6 plus which is great since i use my iphone 6 plus mostly online when im at home. Easy to set up and great Genie app for iphone to monitor network & router. I currently have xbox1 ,ps3 ,directv dvr ,iphone6+ ,ipad3 ,2 dlink wifi securuty cameras and 1 pc using this router with no problems.
