This router is fast and reliable. It is easy to setup and I have had no problems with it dropping signal, like I did with my previous routers. Highly recommend.

This bad boy is legit. Does what it says. Will definitely improve your speeds and range to keep that wifi stable. Make sure to download it's genie app into your smart phone to see and do its extra features. Keep on a look out for new downloadable firmware to keep your router up to date!

I had a problem using internet on my kindle, which I believed was caused by my older router. I received expert assistance in best buy, and choose the Netgear R6400100NAS. I was able to install it instantly, and now enjoy fast downloads and tv streaming. Sorry I didn't buy it sooner!

Per recommendation of store associate, updated my router to newer technology. This has greatly increased my internet speed and range and given me more flexibility to control . Net gear has a genie app for easy set-up and ability to change settings when needed.

My wifi had gradually become slower and slower to the point where it was finally annoying enough to get a new router. This immediately increased my speed from 27mbps to 175mbps....I had to setup my old router again just to make sure I wasn’t crazy, the old one was only about 2 years old and was 750ac but still this absolutely blows it out of the water, signal strength in the furthest part of the house went from 30% to 70% and to think this router was only 40 bucks more than the last one I bought

Have had the router for about three weeks. Our old router (Linksys wireless G) was about at least 4 years old and we were having to re-boot it at least once a week. The new NetGear wireless AC works much better. Range and signal strength are much better. My only complaint was the set up. I'm NOT a tech geek but can usually muddle through. The problem was in the way the new router was recognizing the cable modem. Our cable modem has wifi capability but it is not activated. The NetGear set up genie was informing me that the router was being installed secondary and I would have limited capability. No NetGear tech support phone number was provided in the manual. I had to Google the phone number but once I called NetGear I got through to tech support quickly. The technician was helpful and helped me work through the setup genie and resolve the problem in under five minutes. Be warned if you call tech support they will try to hard sell you on extended warranties for their products. If I had been super computer savvy I would probably have been able to understand the Q & A of the setup genie and could have done it without tech support. I'm happy with the NetGear wifi and would recommend this product.

We purchased this router to enhance our wireless performance throughout the house, and it has done that and more. We have a large 1 story so a lot of area to cover and walls to block, but no loss or even weakening of signal. I don't even lose signal until I'm a street away!

My only concern with this router is that if I try to connect my cell phone to it, it has a little lag. But any other device connects and gets the full internet speed so I am no sure if it is my phone or maybe the router is a little faulty but other than that it works great.

Replaced an old Netgear router with this one. Very simple setup, great features and controls, and the signal is awesome. My whole family can be online, from anywhere in the house or even outside, with no slowdowns.

This unit was so easy to install and provides a strong signal throughout my entire house including the outside patio. I have multiple electronics connected to this and they all function properly at the same time.

I use this router for professional functions for the entertainment industry. It's range and speed is incredible. Great buy.. uou won't be disappointed. . I always do research before my purchases.. this one rocks

Got it on sale so the value was better than full price but the performance is stable and signal decently strong. (There's stronger routers out there if you need slightly better range but this has decent horsepower under the hood for multiple users). All in all a decent value.

I had a Netgear router for over 10 years and thought it was time to update. It gave great service and coverage so I looked for another Netgear product. This was easy to set up and does a great job, plus the benefit of ac coverage. I am not a tech person. Works awesome!

Love this thing it's way faster than my old one and don't loose connection very easily like my last one. It's pritty sweet if anybody lookin to buy a good straight beem router that run way smoother than older models specifically using for pic and well Xbox one elite

I am getting full strength signals in all my rooms in the apartment. Its 800 sq feet apartment and i get 100 mbps on 5 gz band all over the apartment and about 80mbps on the 2.4gz band in the living room and about 50gz in the bedroom. It was very easy to setup and was up and running in 20 mins.

I bought this router to replace my Netgear N600. I am very pleased with the performance in respects to its speed, range, reliability, and ease of set-up.

This router does a good job of providing a strong signal in our large ranch house, both upstairs and in the basement. It was easy to setup and the backup feature it provides for my office PC is a very convenient way to keep my files backed up. Got this router at a very good price at Best Buy.

I have been using this for over a month now and have had no problems with it. It is faster and covers a greater distance that my older one. I have about a 2000 square foot house and I get strong coverage in every room (even on my drive way).

I've had this router for approximately 2 months now and absolutely no problems. It was easy to set up and have had no problems with connectivity or anything else since setting up. Hopefully this one will last more than the 10 months my last Netgear router lasted.

I bought this router to use for my office, and was originally looking at the new Nighthawk router from Netgear. I ended up decided on this, because the price is much more affordable, and I did not see myself needing the extra bandwidth or range the nighthawk provides. However then I had to add 2 new PC's to my network, one wireless AC and one via cat6. I was expecting this router to not perform well, seeing as though I had 4 PC's, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a smart tv, and an android media player all running on my network prior to adding 2 more PC's. Safe to say I was shocked that my bandwidth and total up/down speed did not change whatsoever. The USB sharing is great as well, as the router firmware support Netgears ReadyNas service, and allows cloud access to the port via a secure login. Very happy with this router, the range is almost as good as the Nighthawk I had previously, at half the cost.
