Working ok for now

We are upset we didn't get the points for our large purchase. We tried but it sounds like it has to be set up before the purchase.

We switched over to HughesNet at the same time and our internet is Speedy Gonzales. Also wanted to recommend the Best Buy representative who helped me, Joe Lackey. (Store in Hiram GA) HE was extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful which I appreciate very much if there's any way to let his manager know of the great customer experience he provided please let them know. Joe was a great representative team member at Best Buy! Best Buy should be grateful to have him. Thank you

One thing to note is when installing this you must install the software. There are steps missing in the directions so beware. Other than that it works well loke it should.
